Bought a brand new Toyota from this company and found that not only the price was great but excellent email communications throughout the process. Emails were answered same day even when the family was on vacation we got a swift reply. It's great in this day and age that good old fashioned customer service still exists. The car came delivered on a low loader meaning the delivery mileage was 6 miles! The delivery guy was very pleasant and friendly and parked the car on my driveway since my wife was not to sure on Automatic cars!!

This has been the smoothness purchase I have ever made. Everything went so well thanks to the person I dealt with. To begin with I was a bit unsure about purchasing a vehicle on the internet however the purchase/ delivery of the vehicle could not have gone any better. Very impressive service, all my calls and emails from the initial enquiry, which was answered on a Sunday afternoon, to completion were answered straight away and any queries answered immediately. Straightforward and easy company to deal with, having dealt with quite a few dealers before it has been a breath of fresh air not being bombarded with sales chat and codswallop along with saving a considerable sum. My new van arrived dead on schedule and as promised. Highly recommended, couldn't fault them.

Once again they have given me a fantastic deal on a Brand New 19 plate ST Line Ford Focus for my wife and we have saved nearly £6000 on local dealer!!! Everything was done on time and car delivered in first wek of new registration and now received the registration booklet all fine as 1st registered keeper. Will be back again.

We got our new Fiesta Zetec for about £4000 less than a nearby dealership was offering. It was even cheaper than a second-hand Zetec they tried to sell us. As it was we were able to get a new car built to our own specifications in a colour of our own choosing. We were informed at every stage as to what was happening (and no, I don’t work for Happy New Car!) and have no quibbles - just a shiny new Fiesta.

Ordered two new transporter T6 Kombis from Happy New Car. The first one has arrived on time as spec'd. The process was easy and very clear. I would highly recommend this company to other prospective buyers.
