Was Looking To Buy A Van And They Looked So Profes

was looking to buy a van and they looked so professional, so quick, did all finance stuff very well, the actual selling process was ok.. van looked ok..gave me extra 3 months warranty for good price. And I think all good stuff about this company is over. After driving a van for 7 days the gear box broke down completely. Kars said that I have a warranty for 3 months so I need to deal with them.. Warranty company said that this gear box broke down because I was driving it without an transmission oil, so they not gonna cover that . I end up with extra headache for more then 6 weeks now van is not drivable so will have to repair it by myself and take Kars.lts to court and they sold a faulty vehicle and was hoping that It will last a bit longer then 7 days.. Stay away from them!!

Really Good.

I read different opinions but I got a fantastic service and very good service. I bought a van and he took care of it all the time. He explained everything and took care of everything. He was really fantastic. I drive the car every day and nothing happens, just as he recommended. I really like it I recommend.

Excellent Service

I highly recommend Kars. Mr Azz was very helpful from my first enquiry. He kept in constant touch and sent a detailed dossier on the van. The whole buying experience was simple and straightforward from start to finish. Time was never an issue, whether that be explaining the functions in the van or sorting out the transfer of the tax. I would definitely go back and buy another van, Mr Azz was very helpful and funny. Polish sales man was very good and very professional for a busy van dealership

Arrogant, And Uninterested.

i called up Kars in Chesham about a van around 2pm, and was told it was still available.

After an hour and a half train journey there, i was told it was sold "in the morning".

Was pointed towards a like for like price and spec, and in honesty looked fine.

advertised with service history.

when i went to speak to the arrogant, boss... well that was just it, very arrogant and couldnt be bothered!

said there was no service history and that Vans, which they had loads of, dont usually come with service history... SERIOUSLY!?!?

So i checked up the MOT history on the van, and found 3 or 4 Under the Bonnet advisories, and future problems from the MOT 1 year prior. When i flagged them up with him, he was adamant that they had fixed those problems. When i asked him for the receipts and paperwork for those bits and ill accept those as service history, he said they don't do reciepts and whatever else.

So when i said give me a guarantee with the vehicle he didn't want to do that either...

I like to think i don't take long train journeys to car dealers on my day off just to waste time. But he sure wasted mine.

Sounded dodgy as anything and couldn't be bothered.

The Polish assistant was very friendly and helpful, but i'm afraid thats not good enough. I would avoid this company. Terrible.

At least i kept my money!

We are apologize for any inconvenience during your last visit to our Garage.

Unfortunately, the van you asked for was sold before your arrived, we understand your frustrations that you could not buy this particular van.

Your behaviour was unacceptable and inconsiderate, There was nothing wrong with our van, The van you finally choose was a good van, we told you all the advisory work had been done by local garage, we also told you that we get Invoiced at the end of the month as we are trade customers for the workshop.

We can understand you did not want to pay the VAT but some vans are exempt and some are not exempt of VAT.

We understand that we cannot satisfy every customer, but we are working to improve our services and customer relationship.

Very friendly atmosphere and wasnt pushed into buying. Everything was done what they would do. Im so happy. Good van I got from them very happy with deal I would recommend them.

Great service and friendly staff, always went out of their way to help, even when very busy. Sales staff are not 'pushy' but allow you to try the van without driving it themselves. No pressure. I would buy a van from there again and would recommend to others.

First Car

They were very helpful, honest and upfront with everything. The car was as advertised, we did the test drive and liked it. He pointed out a slight a problem with our Peugeot 206 car we have purchased, he said where I could get replacement parts, and where to get it from if I wanted to. Was purely internal cosmetics. I'm really happy he did point this out, builds trust and makes me very likely to recommend them and return myself. Overall great experience.
