Went to them on the advice of a friend, who took my car in on SoR. No real interest in the car for months - was offered an insulting 'Trade Price' for it a couple of times by the dealer. After a number of completely silent months, decided to take the car back, when amazingly that afternoon a 'potential buyer' walked in off the street... How much were they offering? - Trade Price (!) No thanks. I took the car back and was presented with a nice fat bill for 'new battery' and 'other sundries'.

About as honest as the day is long... in the Arctic over winter

Bought car for my son who had just passed his text, brakes failed few days after warranty ended, then the clutch went then the calliper. Emails ignored, could not get hold of on the phone but eventually found mobile number of sale. They fixed the clutch but then charged us over £200 for it!! Manager was arrogant unhelpful when i complained , offered then to fix the calliper for free (why if they were not to blame??) but had to tow car to them first. Unhelpful and arrogant, not like when we bought the car which is dangerous. Reviews on their website must be totally sifted out to show the good ones

I bought what looked like a lovely Aston Martin from 'London and Surrey Cars' last November and read in the description that it was 'like new'. Only after getting the car home and spending some time looking very much more carefully at it did I find that the front o/s wing had been damaged as had the rear n/s wing. Also the wheels had been cheaply repainted rather than re powder-coated. Why didn't I send the car back - well it is such a lovely car in all other respects (mileage was just 26.7K) I felt that the cost to fix the poor paint jobs was less than it would cost to get involved in litigation (notwithstanding the law covering returning goods not adequately described)! The discount I negotiated will cover these costs. We should never forget our position as buyers - i.e. Caveat Emptor!

Recently bought a vehicle with them, not without it's difficulties but glad to say we could only give them full marks there customer service was second to none and when the vehicle arrived it was exactly as advertised.

We live as far north as you can go just short of John'O' Groats so yes it was purchased without being seen, crazy perhaps some may say but it worked for us. Well done great doing business with you, you are without doubt a 5* company.

London and Surrey cars deliver an unparalleled level of service in my experience. They are honest, trustworthy, thorough and go above and beyond for their customers. My sister first discovered them some years ago and was very impressed by their customer care. She told us it was the first time, as a woman, she had gone to a garage alone and had not felt that they were taking advantage of her. So my mother started to go there. And then my other sisters, who live on the other side of London. They would rather travel further to go to a reliable and honest garage than risk going to one nearer their homes. They've told their friends who tell more people and so on. If I ever hear of anyone needing anything from a new headlight to selling a car I will always direct them to London and Surrey cars. It is not easy to find a garage that delivers this level of customer care as well as high quality work.

Avoid like the Plague. I purchased a car a year ago, with only 50,000 miles on the clock and within a year have had about 6 things wrong with it. Took the car to a approved repair centre and they are now saying the whole engine is just mullered. I thought I would be looked after seeing as London and Surrey Cars is local to me... They will be ever-so-nice before you purchase the car. The 3 month warranty is pointless as well...Luckily I know a very good litigation Solicitor who is more then happy to take on my case, but getting paperwork out of these guys is a nightmare...

I saw a nice car for sale at London & Surrey Cars, even though 60 miles from I went down to look and the experience was very good, no pushy sales, honest and open. I was impressed with the car and the sale was easy.

From that point the communication and assistance where needed to complete the sale was great. When I collected the car it was gleaming and I felt proud to own it.

After a couple of weeks I noticed a minor issue and London & Surrey cars were more than happy to resolve it for me, despite it being trickier than first thought.

All in all I am very impressed with the excellent all round service.
