Terrible Service And Sold Me An Unroadworthy Vehicle

NEVER use this garage. they think selling an unroadworthy vehicle to a pregnant lady is funny and have great amusement shouting at her when she complains. They allowed me to drive away in a car tht has a bent chassis and buckled wheel and screwed gearbox and clutch at 7 months pregnant!. They have refused to refund the car and garage fees therefore i am taking them to court. never ever use them!

Bunch Of Clowns..

I went to view the Audi a6 the clown had ,like the guy who commented before me.

When I went in the staff tried to look busy shining each others hoods and measuring whose got the smallest one, the Audi had been pre started bcuz the engine was hot! I asked the staff "wot is going on here? I was told the Audi is mint and no problems!! They didn't have a reply for me the illiterate fools, but when I Foned and enquired about the vehicle they could speak perfect English! Ducking and diving they was from me. Anyway main thing is.. These clowns belong to a circus and not at a car lot!

Timewasters And Liars

I travelled from birmingham to london, i called twice for a audi a6 tdi sline greyish blue priced £5495. Looked great in pictures, got there after taking a day of from work, the car had a loud clatter and rattling noises from the main head, i asked them and told them i travelled from birminham and was assured twice by them that the car was in good working order. I would NEVER recommend these useless people to anyone, i hope they get bankrupt.

Absolutely Awful

I bought a car from Loyal Motors and have now had to go to garages 11 times for different problems with the car. I bought the car 1 year ago and have now spent £4,100 in fixing all the problems with it! The staff come across as really nice people but once you've bought the car and call them to tell them all the problems, they don't want anything to do with you. My car had some many dangerous problems with it I don't know where to start. The garages I've taken this into, can't believe how badly damaged everything is. I don't want to sell this car as I know the new owner will have a dangerous car. Unfortunately I have to accept that I've lost £15k.

Avoid Avoid Avoid

I turned up at "Loyal Motors" today, after a 3 hour drive to check out there PT cruiser for sale and part ex my Chrysler Crossfire. When I turned up the car looked very tired compared to the almost glowing auto trader pictures. Having already read some bad reviews for this garage I thought best play it safe and have a mechanic, come and check out the car before purchase. Very good job I did as the car had a major fault with it, the gearbox was leaking oil/fluid and was in terrible condition it wouldn't have even lasted a couple of hundred miles! While these checks where happening I asked the garages to give me a price for my car part exchange something they would not do over the phone before I turned up, and now I know why! Right from the off they made up problems with my car saying it was making funny noises and shaking. NONE of which where true, I had the car serviced and MOT in April this year and it flew through both and it had 2 new tyres put on the same day! MY car was immaculate and they kept trying to bring the price for it down! After my mechanic told me the major fault I asked my husband so hand them there keys back to say we where not interested, and tell them the fault with the PT cruiser, in case they genuinely did not know about the gearbox fault. They were not bothered in the slightest the just shrugged and walked off.So my opinion would be to avoid this garages at all costs after a 6 hour round trip not only did I waste my day off and £60 worth of fuel and £80 on a mechanic I am very disappointed at the level of service from the garages. Buyer beware!!

Appalling!

Avoid like the plague! I made the mistake of buying from them.

I bought an Astra 2.0. As soon as I got it home problems started. I've just got it back from my local garage - break pads and disc were "dangerous". Gear box is shot to pieces. Exhaust is blowing near the flex pipe.

Contacting them gets you no where. They don't return calls, answer emails or call back when they say they will.

What a bunch of amateurs!

Staff Outright Lie

As the title says, they outright lied on the condition of several cars I phoned to view.

travelled 2 hours to go and view a number of cars, had to take a day off work to do this, but everything I was told turned out to be BS!

Would not recommend to anyone, don't be treated like this by these guys

I am gutted to hear your story, the exact same happened to me, I also took a day off from work and spent £40 on fuel, they said the car is fine and no problem. when I confronted them a few guys came from the back office and stood around trying to intimidate me. they didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for wasting my time.
