Should I buy a 15 year old Maserati from a London based flashy used car dealer?

Normally the words "don't touch and barge pole" spring to mind.

Enter R&W Motor Company with Waleed and his amazing Team.

Car people, Customer people, honesty, do what they say and old fashioned family business values.

I'm a very knowledgeable and demanding Customer and enjoyed the whole buying experience.

The car, the deal and the after sales support were excellent.

A couple of minor niggles were sorted with no quibbles.

The true test of a great car buying experience is the Customer support when these things happen - R&W (Waleed) puts his Customer first and delivers.

Will look at R&W in the future for any Dream Car purchase and would recommend them to anyone in a similar position.

I took a risk buying a Maserati from these people, buying any kind of hi-end sports car is alaways a risk, chuck in a Ferrari engine and expensive parts and servicing and if you buy a pup it can get very expensive indeed. The car did have issues but these were addressed and dealt with without issue. I did end up spending some money on it but only for stuff I wanted to upgrade or improve. All in all R&W paid several £1000's and stood by the car. As a result of this when my needs changed I traded the car back in for a Range Rover, again the car developed some issues and these have been dealt with without issue or delays. I cannot recommend this dealer highly enough, the quality is exceptional and variation of his stock is broad, if you have a problem they will deal with it without fuss, my only advice would be to be honest with them and don't try to take advantage, they are curteous and helpful but they are not stupid!

What a fantastic company to buy a car from, purchased the car online, had over 20 photos and waleed the owner gave a full description of car over phone and reassured us we would be satisfied. So we went ahead, as these cars seem to sell quick. Had it delivered a week later as we are in sutton coldfield and they are based in london it was a long week. The car came and was perfect. Then we discovered a warning light on dashboard we phoned and they couldnt appologise enough they contacted a local garage and booked car in for me. It was fixed and they paid bill over the phone. We also recieved a chq back of sabah because the 2nd key was lost so they covered the cost of a replacement. What a fantastic couple 10 out of 10. Our only regret is not meeting them both in person. But if we are ever in london we will call in thankyou

No pressure selling, felt comfortable browsing at cars in my own time. All staff helful and polite. Great personal service due to appointment system, effortless car purchase, highly recommend if they have the car you want so check their site first, we found them through auto trader, so pleased we did ! Worth the travel from Wiltshire. Exceptional after sales as we had to call them about a problem that developed, which was sorted promptly by them, so obliging they couldn't have done more.

We will return to purchase a car again one day.
