On the website they go on and on about how they'll take your car, no matter the condition, whether it runs or not. I called, answered a few questions and they flat out said they didn't have an offer for me. Didn't bother stating a reason. So if you have a rusty junk car that doesn't run, don't bother calling them, they won't help. Even though they very clearly state that none of that matters. If they're only looking for cars that are good enough to fix up and sell, why wouldn't they just be honest and say that? I guess they enjoy wasting people's time.

The woman who answered the phone was condescending and had a chip on her shoulder. After telling me they would not buy my car I politely asked her what the reason was and she hung up on me. I can only believe that she is still employed because the whole company is just as unprofessional.

Their add is a lie. They don't buy every car. My car had a lot of new parts and straight body. Don't even bother to call here.

The rep answered the phone laughing, then put me back on hold without notification. Someone else came on the phone and I told him my name, he called me by another name and asked me the same questions a few times. I decline the offer and he hung up in my face.

I was on hold 3 times for over 45 minutes to get a quote for my car and never got a quote. They keep disconnecting my call. Terrible customer service. Call someone else to sell your car and save waiting on a non answered call.

I called and got an estimate for my junk car. When I told her I had a higher offer she asked me how much. I wouldn't tell her it was more than $100 higher and she asked if I had to pay them for a title transfer. She told me I woulld have to do that but I never told her the name of the company. She rudely hung up on me. I was paid $115 more than their offer and did not have to pay for title transfer or anything else. Do the research and don't use Rusty's.

I found on their web site they advertise they have a "tower" in the area I needed my old truck picked up. I called the number and waited about 15 minutes on hold. Right off the bat the guy was very rude on the phone. He obviously has had no training in customer service and he cut me off twice while asking for information. In the end he said he didn't have anyone in my area which is not what they advertised on their web site so I wasted about 20 minutes of my time with them. Why does the web site advertise my specific area if they don't have anyone in that area?? I would not recommend this company to anyone.

very rude on phone very vague on price says 200 - 250 but insists cant guarantee 250 on phone with out seeing or knowing condition. really condition. its a junk car under 250 dollars
