Taunton Ford

I ordered a new ford puma, from Taunton ford.

and although I had to wait, 4months delivery the service and communication from the sale staff throughout were excellent!!

I would recommend Taunton Ford..

No Pressure salespeople, My Father is very happy with his car, all went smoothly, after sales is also very good ,He will definitely use again.

Purchased a used Ford Focus and the experience of buying a new car was ment to be a happy one but mine was far from it.

The the day of collection the car was filthy dirty inside and out and had not been Valeted , the salesman poor excuse was that cleaners don't work weekends.

Over the last few months the car has had no end of problems , bumper brackets broken , drivers door mirror coming loose and tyre issues.

This dealership has no customer service or after sales care. They are only interested in your money.

Avoid at all costs.

Staff at this branch are a waste of space and rude. My father enquiring about a new 2016 ford custom van. My dad asked lots of questions about spec, performance ect ect and after 5 minutes the "Sales man" huffed and walked away leaving my dad on the forecourt. My dad then went to another ford dealership and bought a new custom the same day.

I myself have a Ford Focus which I bought at another branch because of the service my dad revived. I wasn't sure about how to work some of the entire features so I went to Taunton for and asked the "Sales man" if he could show me how it worked. His reply was a simple no. I said "so you won't show me how to work it" and he said "why should I?" And then he walked away.

Also my uncle wanted his van serviced. They quoted a price and then on the day wanted almost triple.

Taunton ford are rude. They try to intimidate people. They are the most unhelpful people I have ever come across. In March my family bought 2 custom vans and I bought my focus from another ford dealer even though Taunton ford is less that a mile up the road from us.

Like I said. A waste of space and I urge all people to try another dealership

Purchased a new 2013 Focus from this dealership. The whole process was a shambles, I had to add up the paperwork for them as they 'forgot' to include my trade-in. Eventually managed to get a fixed date to pickup the vehicle.

The car developed a fault in the first month, which was repaired but reappeared only days later. Repeated this process several times after which I demanded money back under sale of goods act. Dealer ignored this and kept my car over a month. Eventually suggesting I couldn't have money back as car had ben repaired (again).

Going to have to take them to court to get listened to. Unfortunately ford centrally are just as much use.
