Bought Used Car, Exchanged Old Ok - Very Poor After Sales
Have used Wessex Kia (Bristol) for years as bought previous car from them. Wanted replaceable Kia Ceed estate as one of the few that met desire for flat rear boot. They found one, got it to the showroom fine, a few little niggly points they said would fix. Agreed purchase. All good to this point.
Trying to arrange collection time / date was a bit awkward after agree a collection date as they had few appointment slots available. Was eventually able to collect on agreed date as had changed over insurance cover for that date from the old car to new. They no longer have any short term insurance to drive away a car so have to have this arranged outside before collection.
On collecting found the little niggly points hadn't been dealt with (had a week), OK it was late and had already changed insurance cover over so couldn't drive the old car to come back latter. Then realized none of the paperwork such as instruction manual, their 1 year breakdown cover, service logs, etc. were in the car. They said they would drop them off to me at work when salesman drove past on way home as nearly on the way.
Nothing has happened. If I phone half the time no answer, other times told the manager will phone back but never does. No response on email, nothing. I hadn't taken out any of the added packages they wanted to sell, was still thinking as had 90 days to do this, so just completely abandoned.
Felt like once they had the money for the car that was it. Couldn't be bothered for anything else that had been agreed. Very poor customer service.

Car Driven At 107mph Through Newport
We had our car serviced at Wessex Kia Newport yesterday and used there collection and delivery service that they provide. When it was picked up firstly they disconnected the dash cam. When I checked the Kia app to see how the car had been driven the driver had driven my car through Newport at 107 mph ,I phoned the garage only to be told they apologized and was disappointed with their driver. It's now in the hands of the police and trading standards.

I have been a customer of Wessex Kia Gloucester since 2010. I have bought 4 cars from them in this time an when buying the service has been fairly good. However, my Sportage that i have only driven 10K miles in clutch went and i drove it to Kia Gloucester. They said it wasn't under warranty as a wear and tear item of the car. They also advised that they couldn't look at it for 2 weeks as they had a backlog. I asked for a courtesy car but they said they had no cars available. Kia called me to say they had recognised the fault but to just look at the gear box would cost over £550. My car was scheduled to be seen last week on Friday but then something else took priority so it was pushed back another week! I asked for the sales team to call me as i thought i might just give my car back and buy another newer model, they never called and the service representative aid he had chased them 4 times to get in touch. Today i took the car back and have gone elsewhere for it to be fixed and no doubt will be much cheaper. I am astounded that a customer of 10yrs has been treated so poorly and i can 100% say i will not be getting my fifth car from them and certainly wont be getting any Kia in the future. Such a shame i'm totally gutted!

Changes To Service Plan And Not Informed
On purchase of my car I took out a monthly service plan, one part of the service plan that attracted me to it was the offer of free car collection and drop back for the life of the plan.
On contacting Kia today to book the car in I am now told I have to pay for the collection and drop back of the car. When I explained this was part of my plan, I was simply told "not anymore" I tried to explain to them they can't change the terms without telling me and was informed "We just told you know"
Very unhappy at both the change of the service and way this was handled.

Went to see a Fiesta at Newport.The car had not been cleaned inside , carpet and parcel shelf missing from boot. Water in bottom of boot.Could not believe they were trying to sell this car.

Just bought our 3rd Kia vehicle from Wessex Kia Feeder Road. This time our sales person was great. She knew we were looking to upgrade to a bigger car From the initial phonecall about a Kia Soul she looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We would definately recommend paying her a visit if you are after a nice motor.

Booked car in for a service came back with white specks of paint on which was later washed and came off. Aftersales service a joke poor service will never buy a car from Wessex.

They would not change fuse for me i at to book it in 4 days time and i was going to buy a brand new Kia cash so walk out.
This is the second time i have had poor service never going there again i live 20 miles away so whent to local garage it took 4 min to fix.
About they should get there act together.
