All This Company Want Is Your Money,i Have A Polic

All this company want is your money,I have a policy for wheels and tires.

Wheels damaged over a period of time, tried to claim but to no avail, it's cheaper to get them done than what you pay for the insurance itself.

The dealers must get a tidy commision for every policy they sell, and will push you to buy it, DON'T 

The policy states your allowed 10 repairs, but if you don't do it straight away they will refuse to honour the policy. When you want the repair done should be your decision not theirs as you paid for it.

Once again I say to you, DON'T take on this insurance it's not worth it they only want your MONEY.

Check the internet in your area and see how cheap it is to get them fixed is my advice, there are plenty of companies out there.

Terrible Service By Premia Soutions

I purchased the policy from Kia when I purchased my new car. When I made a claim the process was ok, but it took the repairer 3 months to actually get to me,t the apointment was cancelled and changed 4 times. When the repairer did see the damage he decided that as the damage was on a crease line of the door it would need a filer and he would not be able to carry out the repair. I have now heard from Premia Solutions abd they inform me that they will not cover the cost of the repair. The actual damage is two very small marks possible caused by someone opening a door and hitting my car. If Premia Solutions can not cover this their poliocy is not worth the paper it is written on.I also blaim the Kia garage who I would think get some commision for selling me the policy.

I will not buy a policy which pertains to cover anything covered by Premia Solutions and would reconmend that people save their money or look else where.

Waste Of Time And Money

Sold this policy by KIA dealer. during second year of cover I made a claim for "car park" paint scuffs to rear door, supplied Photos and details within time limit using on line forms. prompt response that claim would be investigated. 7 days later I was informed by e-mail that claim had been rejected as the damage was more than 30cm, and advised to read "attached terms and conditions".

Wish I had seen other reviews prior to paying £300 for this policy, which seems only to cover small stone chips.

If offered this by a dealer ask for the cover details. My advice save your money for when you might need a repair.

Hassle, Bad Service, Slow Response And No One To Call

I will be making a formal complaint about the service. You make it very difficult to claim and no telephone number to call and discuss. When I did finally got all the paperwork together for a claim, you asked for it all again. Then you made up excuses for not paying, i,.e. that I had not made the claim within 30 days, which is not true as I had made 2 claims both within 14 days of the incidents. Its not a lot of money, I dont have the time to pursue. This was sold to me as a hassle free insurance service, and I have had nothing but hassle and negative response. I will however contact my BMW dealership to let them know that I will not be buying cars from them because they sold me this useless insurance policy. I will also be complaining to the ombudsman and I will be giving negative online reviews about this wherever I can.

Scratch Repair !! - Not Really

After taking out this costly insurance and then making a claim it appears they can no more than repair a stone chip! Bumper repair ?? err no! Small scratch on the roof (just the lacquer) err no! The guy who attended even asked me if I had the touch up paint he could use !! £300+ to have somebody touch in a stone chip, I'm in the wrong job. The glossy sales brochure is totally misleading. Save your money to pay a repair when you really need it. This was sold to me by Lexus main dealer not some all makes car sale so I expected better? No way to contact these people other than this site

Biggest Waste Of Money

Mercedes are just as to blame as this company, after forking out a lot of money for my car I then paid for premier solutions wheel and tyre cover. Where you get premier from I have no idea "amateur" springs to mind. The whole process is a complete nightmare and the paperwork is unnecessary after paying a lot of money for this service. Keep your money in your pocket I'd never use this service again. Not only do they take your money you have to do all the donkey work. Which takes a lot of time up which is irrelevant.

Shambles from the start. Decided to just pay for the wheels doing in the end.

Give up!!!

Totally agree a complete waste of money. They will do everything in their power to not pay out. Miss sold by Mercedes! DO NOT BUY!

Claim approved promptly but let down by Repair Centre who did not contact me despite instructions from Premia Solutions. Paid for repair myself

Poor choice of repairer with no alternative available. Policy waste of time and money. Staff did not ensure that their instructions were carried out The repairer did not reply to my requests when I contacted them.

I gave up and paid for the repair myself. I will not buy this policy again.

Repair Center Availability

I purchased the complete tyre and wheel protection from Vauxhall but was provided by Premia Solutions. I had to make a claim as I scraped my alloy against a curb. The claims team were very helpful, but the repair company were based in the midlands(i am based in Liverpool) the company advised i would have to send my wheel away for 5-7 working days not including deliver or return due my car being a new car they do not come with a spare wheel so i would have to be basically with out my car whilst the wheel is repaired.

Not the best considering the video and brochure says they will come out to you and repair at your convenience.

If they had let me know this would be the case i would not of purchased this.

Lost The Cheque

My husband claimed under our tyre insurance, after completing the appropriate forms and sending off the evidence he promptly received a cheque value £100. Unfortunately I mislaid the cheque which caused a slight tension between us.

I waited three months and wrote to them explaining the situation and the fact the cheque would not have been cashed, I didn't really hold out much hope. We have received a replacement cheque for which I am very grateful and consider this to be excellent customer care.

Very Good Value And Service

I took the tire and wheel insurance out when I bought my new car and it has been very good value.

I have had punctures to run-flat tires and also damaged my wheels. On every occasion the insurance has come through and without quibble. This includes a recent occasion when I did not inform them of a puncture in line with the specified procedure. Despite me having not followed the claim procedure properly, they paid for my new tire as a good will gesture, which I thought was excellent.
