I've had issues getting credit, so was struggling to get the car I wanted for my 4 kids. Lease2buy managed to source me a fantastic 7 seat 4x4. Since I am local I have also been able to use their garage services for servicing etc, and benefited from quick service and a courtesy car.

I was particularly impressed that rather than just try to sell me one of the vehicles they had in stock, they were prepared top go the extra mile, and source the car with the spec that I needed.

There was no hard sell, and I always felt it was my decision with no pressure.

I had a great experience with the company until recently when I had to take time off work due to a broken bone so came to an agreement to get holiday from payments and then pay more every week after that and since then I have started to pay more on my account as agreed with a member of their staff only to be called twice by another member of staff pretty much demanding I pay more than previously agreed

Brian the sales advisor was first class who gave good advice on a package best suited for me and kept me fully updated throughout the process. The admin staff leave very little paperwork for the customer to complete other than very basic information that you are guided through. Delivery of the vehicle could not have been easier and was brought straight to my home. I could not fault the service provided and would definitely recommend them. The only negative was that my new vehicle was not supplied with foot mats!

I found this lease2buy car finance online and i decided to give it a try, I applied on line and I was accepted they even send a letter of acceptance to me at home, I called them on phone they ask for some paper work which i do sent out to them, they confirmed and called me back that they was satisfied with it that I have to pay the sum of 200 pound and part exchange my car and they will pay 1600 pound for my oid car that worth 3200 pound at present.

I agreed because we were desperatly in need of the car,on the third day they called and said that they dont have the car we originally applied for that they can make an offer to give us another car less the previous price,I agreed because I have fully committed buying from them, I was giving a collection date to bring my old car in and collect my new car after paying the sum of 200 pound.

One Evening my phone rang and i was toid by one of the staff that my application have being decline, ooooo my god I was almost crying.and they toid me that my money will be refunded to my bank account.still waiting for my money

I think i was treated badly because they knew I am a foraigner/not a bristish or scortish citizen I strongly advise people to be very carful when dealing with them

I have to question the shear lack and delay in responses from Lease2Buy whilst it seems they are your best friends when it comes to obtaining a car they hope you would buy, after taking delivery of the said vehicle, then the customer support ends. I obtained a car from them on 17 April 2014 .

i have sent continuous emails asking for clarification regarding the road fund licence , and that I have made some 2 plus years of early settlement of the so named final balloon payment , but so far I have not received any reply, yet alone a satisfactory reply

additionally it came to light after signing the hp agreement , with all the agreed deposits made etc , that Lease2Buy hold onto the V5 registration document , in their name , until the loan for the car purchase is fully paid up.

Not even one of the high street car manufacturers does this.

Just picked up my car today and I'm over the moon. Car is in great condition and drives like a dream. I had problems arranging finance, but Lease2buy accepted my application pretty much straight away. If you're experiencing problems arranging finance, but still need a car, this is the company for you. You can set your deposit and payments and if you're paying weekly you can even choose the day. The payments over 2 years means that in no time the car is yours.

I really couldn't fault this company. Great range of cars, perfect finance package for those of us who don't have the best credit rating, and friendly, efficient service.

I recently traded in my Ford Fiesta for a new shape Focus from this company.

Although i would have liked more for my px,it was about the same as i was offered by We buy any car.

Personally,i have found the company and staff pretty helpfull and my new car

has been excellent.

My only advise would be to try and sell your car privately,then go and try to negotiate a better deal for yourself.

I can not praise this company enough from start to finish they were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
