I bought a Vauxhall Mokka - April 2018. From the minute I rang for my initial enquiry about the mileage, to test driving it and then to the minute I drove the car away, I was treated very well!! The salesman was very professional and didn’t try and push anything on me. I’ve been to places before where they have tried to push a certain car on me or get to me but without giving me chance to think but it was very much the opposite and I really appreciated this!! He listened to my needs and offered his professional opinion which I took! I’ve got very high standards and I’d certainly recommend Cheshire Car Finance!! Well I passed my test in November and about a week later I was driving away with a Golf (which I had always wanted) from CCF. The guys here are absolutely fantastic and nothing is too much ask. The customer service is 10/10 and they really make you feel reassured. As I had just passed I was really worried about what car would be right for me, how much it would cost me on insurance etc but he was fantastic being able to get me a Golf at an affordable price as this was the car I really wanted. Had no problems with that car what so ever but recently wanted to swap to a slightly newer Golf and a white one (which he had promised) and sticking to his promise I have today drove away in a newer and white Golf!! It was really easy to swap over and I was driving away in my new car in no time! All the guys here have had so much patience with me (I can be a handful lol) and have done absolutely everything to get me exactly what I want. Can not recommend them enough. If you are wanting a new car definitely get down to CCF you will not be disappointed (lots of cars in the showroom) and I can assure you will be well looked after from start to finish.
