They start off all good and friendly. A few years into the contract for reasons beyond my control. I fell ill and was unable to work.

They offered me no realistic options despite sending them an abundance of evidence.

They held a court case without sending me anything I only found out on the day of the hearing that there was one.

The car itself stopped working and had numerous defects They never did anything about. I refused to keep spending money on repairs and told the courts they could have the car back.

There was an agreement in court that they would let me know when they want to come and collect.

They took the car without telling me it had numerous personal belongings and my medications etc as I was using the car to store things whilst we was redecorating the house.

It's been over 1 months they've outright refused to give me my medication and personal belongings back which consist of work items and other sentimental things.

They've taken numerous of my medication that I require to take daily because of my health.

I have extensive written trails and a complaint response from them that is going to the FCA.

The police are also in the process of prosecuting them for theft because like they say. They had no right to take my belongings only the vehicle. They have had more than a reasonable time to arrange something with me which they haven't.

Now I'm going through extensive efforts to hold them accountable for their actions.

Early in July my mother passed away. I have been in a finance agreement with the Company (this being my second such agreement)

To help ease my financial pressure whilst arranging and preparing for my mother's funeral I enquired with the Company if something could be arranged concerning my finance payments.

I dealt with them in July and August respectively.

BOTH offered the assistance I sought, they were both really professional in their Customer Service handling and I cannot speak more highly about the way I was dealt with. I have given 5 stars rating but I wish I could have given 10

I had an issue with the car dealer who tried to bully me out of my rights but First Response came between and made sure I knew all my rights and made sure the dealer stuck to their obligations. Even when the dealer went quiet First response took it upon themselves to get my situation sorted. Best service I have had ever!

To be honest i was really struggling with getting car finance.

When they contacted me i thought it was a sham at first until i proceeded and i can say that was the best thing i could have possibly done.

The whole process was straightforward and quick they didnt hesitate, they were patient whilst i looked for vehicles and kept me updated throughout.

I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

My credit aint the best and i was still given a decent amount and of course i had to put a few grands towards to get the car i wanted.

Company could benefit the consumer by not restricting a change of Direct Debit payment date to 6 days either side of the original date. I wanted to change mine to the 15th, my pay day, but was told this was more than the 6 day ruling, so company wouldn’t alter the due date.

buying a car was easy and very straight forward, the agent was 1st class.

Only problem I encountered was when in dispute with the dealer, didn't really get any help at all.

I bought a car through your dealer scot helps me to buy but they have to give me a additional key he didn’t gave me and a problem in back boot he didn’t repair i have not receave any documents for this car he just delayed the things now its 2-3 month gone when i bought car nobudy replies to me i have mail them nothing

I told them if you cant fix take car back but no reply still

SIMPLE and straightforward, very friendly and helpful customer service and very prompt and quick in processing transactions. Been a service user of this company for quite a few years now and still very happy with their services.
