Awesome First Impression
First things thirst, great customer service. Response times to emails/queries were second to none and postage was really fast.
Only have the earphones a day but so far I am really impressed with the sound quality and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Awesome Sound Quality
Just received my new Alfa Genus Headphones. Amazing sound quality. Packaging a bit tricky and the filters take a bit of time to fit.
The sound quality is crystal clear and you really do notice the difference when interchanging the various filters. Definitely worth the money. I bought my wife a pair and she loves them too.
