I've Had This Logitech X210 2.1 System For 4-5 Mon
I've had this Logitech X210 2.1 system for 4-5 months......it's a very good system considering it's price.
the volume is pretty good, the bass is clear and considerably loud considering the size of the woofer, remote comes in handy
I can't really listen to music at high volume, and the cables are very short..

Just Got This Set Of Speakers A Couple Of Days Ago
Just got this set of speakers a couple of days ago. The speakers themselves look great on my desk. Nice and small, don't take up too much room on the desk but don't let their small size fool you, there is some serious power from them. Combined with the subwoofer which produces some serious, floor trembling bass, these speakers are well worth the money.
One thing I was very disappointed with, however, was the fact the volume control on the wired remote doesn't have any effect on the headphone socket, it only adjusts the volume on the speakers. This means that if you're listening through headphones you have to adjust the volume through the Windows volume control or through the volume slider on whatever media player (WMP, Realplayer, VNC, etc.)you're using. Considering the headphone socket on the wired remote was one of the reasons I bought this set (I listen to music or play games through headphones a lot), to then find the volume control has no effect on it was a major disappointment to me. My previous set (a fairly cheapo 2.1 set of Fujitsu Siemens "Soundbird" speakers which came bundled with my PC) had this facility so to find that a "big brand" like Logitech doesn't include this facility as standard in this otherwise excellent speaker set was a big letdown for me and hence why it only gets a 7 out of 10 rating from me. If it wasn't for that, these speakers would be getting 10 out of 10 for sure!
If you don't use headphones much, though, and you're in the market for a set of stylish looking speakers which are small and tidy but which pack some serious oomph, but you don't want to break the bank either, then definitely go for this set. You won't be disappointed!

My Speakers Died Exactly 1 Year And 20 Days After
My speakers died exactly 1 year and 20 days after purchase - and since I hadn't used them for about a month or two after purchase, they lasted less than one year. Engineered obsolescence is the bane of our society, adding to landfill and carbon footprint and I would never buy Logitech again.
Although this is "little" late, but those had 2 yrs manufacturer guarantee

These Logitech X210 2.1 Computer Speakers Are Bett
These Logitech X210 2.1 computer speakers are better than any subwoofer system I have, better than Phillips, and better than Altec Lansing and only costs a fraction of the price.Highly Recommended. Also, the wired remote is very handy.

Sound Quality Of The Logitech X210 2.1 Is Really Q
Sound quality of the Logitech X210 2.1 is really quite good - not quite up to the Cyrus/Proac combo sitting on the other side of the room, but given that it's being fed by a PC sound card, and it's all MP3 content, I'm happy. The sub seems well matched to the satellites, and doesn't overpower them or even sound too boomy. Cheap too, from my local Tescos - around £24. Cosmetically, they look pretty nice - and the sub is a decent size. The wiring is sensible too - everything seemed long enough for my rat's nest under the desk, although the power lead could've been a foot longer.
Q&A
Can these speakers be plugged into a modern TV set and if so, which connection at the back of the TV? I only have a jack connection from the speakers.
