Samsung are an amazing Television Manufacturers. They have introduced some great range of TV's that having an excellent features included. Perfect bass that is ideal for home sound. Superb display quality and great performance. Value for money products.

"That is our practise," he continued, "and we can't do anything about it." I've had a lot of phones from Samsung and other businesses, and I've never seen such nastiness. I'll report it to the authorities, and I'll never buy a Samsung phone again, nor will I suggest it to any family members or friends.

I Received My Samsung Galaxy S5. I Love It's Water

I received my Samsung Galaxy S5. I love it's waterproof, and a very strong battery life. Camera performance is awesome. I no longer use my compact camera as my S5 is now taking decent pictures. Plus it is handier! Some time in 2015 I changed the OS from KitKat to Lollipop. Unfortunately my camera stopped functioning after the update. Any time

Quality Of All Products Is Amazing And High Performance

Samsung is a great Manufacturer for mobile, Televisions, AC, fridge and so many other electronic equipment. The quality of all products is amazing. I am currently using Samsung mobile phone, TV and fridge. All the devices working very nicely. High performance. Satisfied with the service.

Cellular Phone

Samsung has always been advanced with their technology but I am very disappointed with my cellphone unit. I have been a Samsung user and 2 of my phones died after 2 years of use. Both of them just died suddenly and when I tried to have it fixed, the price just didn't seem fair for a 2 year old unit. Is that really the standard lifespan of your phones? I have friends who have the same experience too. And to think, its not cheap phones.

Never Buy Samsung

I purchased Samsung 65" UN65TU8200FXZA Smart TV. The worst decision I have ever made. Unless you accept Samsung privacy terms, you constantly have issues with the TV picture. I have reset at least once a week. NEVER AGAIN will I have another Samsung product. I kept the TV beyond being able to return, hoping it would get better. Going back to Vizio TV. My personal opinion, do not get Samsung Smart TV. Read reviews. After I replace this TV, it will be going in the 1st Dumpster I can find.

agree. We run a few apartments and needed to replace all the TVs with larger smart TVs. Regret buying a few Samsung 55"; their UI system is illogical and difficult for normal people to comprehend. Remote is packed with hard-to-use buttons.

The quality of the picture doesn't vary that much between brands so glad we Switched to 50" Sharp; super easy to use.

A bit harsh. You know by posting this uninformative review you are accepting Review Centre's privacy terms? That and you've told us nothing of how good the TV actually is in practicality by giving it one star for a single feature that clearly works, but you just don't like.

Poor Service And No Response

Not sure why my previous post was deleted but reposting:

So I have previously posted my concern and nobody has contacted me despite numerous promises. I have now contacted the CEO of Samsung UK on Friday and (surprise surprise) still waiting to hear back but in case he has missed it, here is the email below:

Dear Mr

First of apologies for making direct contact to yourself but I have been unable to resolve my concerns having previously contact your customer service team on several occasions.

I first reported my Microwave had stopped working about 4 weeks ago and arrange for a Engineer to visit on the 4th November. They confirmed that the Microwave was at fault and 2 parts needed to be ordered and should be resolved in the next 5 days.

Since then I have not been contacted by Samsung so decided to chase a response on the 10th November and had my concern escalated to the Customer Service Priority department. I was promised a call back on the following day which did not happen so made contact on Friday 11th November and was told that I would be contacted before 18.00 that day. Again nobody contacted me.

I then contact Samsung again on Tuesday 15th November and was told somebody would call me back with an update and again no body contacted me. I attempted to contact Samsung for the final time on Thursday 17th November and was put on hold for over 10 minutes and then got cut off and nobody has attempted to contact me since.

Despite daily phone calls on my part I am yet to get an update on when my oven will be replaced, refunded or when the spare parts that are required will arrive. The microwave has been in use for less than 3 months and no longer works.

I have been a Samsung customer for a number of other electronic items and have never needed to contact the customer service team but on the first occasion of having to report a faulty item I am genuinely disappointed with the lack of care, attention and service that I have experienced.

Can you advise if it is normal process and part of Samsung customer service policy for the customer to constantly chase updates? If this is the case then as ever I again request can you please give me an update?
