Vestel

Purchased a tv and less than 18 months later it started melting in one corner. My 3 year old daughter spotted it and touched it being curious and had melted plastic on the tip of her finger. I emailed Vestel and explained what happened and if there was anything they could do and I was completely ignored.

Bought a Procaster TV as a gift for my father. I get to visit him very rarely because he lives so far away. Well 3 weeks after my visit he called me that the TV is already broken. I looked for the receipt for months and never found it so I could not go and refund this piece of poo. Thankfully I am electrician and have the necessary skills to repair this TV but the catch is that I cannot find any documentation or replacement parts anywhere.

14 months old picture gone already ,,slow on internet,youtube ect,,,,save your money you would be better off with no tv at all thats how bad it is.

I bought a Finlux LCD TV that broke up exactly after the end of the guarantee period.I found out it was made by Vestel.I was disappointed by the fact that it wasn'nt worth fixing and its very low building quality.I just threw my money away.The value for money factor doesn't only have to do with the characteristics and the price but also with the reliability and building quality of the product.

I bought a Matsui LCD TV which I have found out is made by Vestel. It's very reliable and cheap. The TV is high quality and the menu system is great. It's easy to use. Overall I would say Vestel is a cheap and cheerful TV manufacturer and I would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately I am not happy with this product at all and think that cheapest materials have been used to produce this tv. Please note I can find no customer service at all.

Product has best performance/price raito at the LCD TV market. Also VESTEL is the biggest TV manufacturer of Turkey and EU. Vestel is a OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), of Hitachi, JVC, Toshiba, Sharp etc.
