Staff were friendly and polite; however, pepperoni pizza crust was really under-cooked dough, not a crust. Significantly underdone and had to be thrown away. Also... I prefer more than one piece of pepperoni per slice. Very disappointed. I use to visit this location two or three times per month because I like the sauce but no more. I can't risk contaminated food.

This review is regarding the Fazoli's #5937 on Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City. The staff is always prompt and cordial. I love the fresh green salad and the penne with meat sauce. The salad vegetables are nice and crispy, and the entrees are always hot and served in "real" dishes. Of course, the best part is the bread sticks. They're fresh from the oven, soft, buttery and just the right amount of garlic.

We like to stop by for a quick lunch, or go in on a Saturday and take our time lingering over the meal.
