. The best pizza we ever had in pizza express had pizza was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose that we even visited the pizza shop twice in the same day!

You could just take away or standing finish your pizza in the store.

Consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and styles. Service is fast too. Can’t go wrong with this place

My family of four today went to York St Sampsons square, as we used a voucher for 25% off. One staff member was amazing, nothing was to much trouble we weren't rushed, he took our order very politely, he was serving about three tables at one time easily. He got a wasp out of the restaurant without any trouble that was bothering a couple in the window and no he didn't kill it! He is an assest to your company and made our visit very enjoyable. Normally go to the other restaurant when we are in York but now I will be having a look at that one first to see if he is serving. 

firstly we felt rushed as soon as we sat down we were pestered for what we wanted, we stated we wanted to use the £9.95 offer and they agreed but failed too discount this from the bill, we didn't notice until we left.We felt rushed out the food was okay but the customer service was rushed, when we finished our starter our plate was taken from us straight away without being asked of it was okay and we weren't checked up on during our main, there was no customer interaction, and when finished mains we were asked if we wanted the bill, not desertes or coffee. no offer of additional drinks either. It was a shame as it was my boyfriends first visit... trying to show him the world of italian .what a let down

i went with my familt to pizza express in macclesfield and it was fantastic,the chef was great he made us exactly waht we ordered and it was the best,usually i go to wilmslow pizza expres and found it very disapointing ,we had over done pizza rock hard garlic bread and a very basic salad and as it was my nieces birthday we were very dissapointed.

I was very disappointed with the service and food from The Pizza Express in Liverpool ordered 3 pizzas and garlic bread revert pizza was burnt all pizzas my children can cook a better pizza.very pricey too, our pizzas were plonked onto the table by a waitress also they didn't give us a pizza cutter and had to ask for one waited five minutes and it was dirty with onions on it, we came out of there disappointed and hungry never again think its Pizza hut from now on.

We had a Tesco voucher for Pizza Express which should have been accepted as part payment. Showed it to waiter/manager when sat down and told it was OK. After ordering from the set menu and eating, then waiting get told it's not accepted at till as deals have changed, even though coupon was in date. Very awkward and spoiled our meal that had to pay full price for and ruined day out. Would not have ordered the food had we known or been told up front. The customer service is awful - avoid!

Over priced, nasty pizzas. Very disappointed. We went for lunch for a family of 5. My boys ordered off the kids menu we had two drinks each. (Not alcohol) it was £109. My daughter ordered spag Bol it was a mushy mess she didn't eat it. I had the calzone and there was a lot of dough with very little filling, my husbands pizza was ok. My youngest son was most upset because there was no ketchup! I mean what type of restraint any that has a child's menu doesn't have ketchup it this day and age!

We won't bother going again.
