Bad Customer Service. Have Changed The Time Of Boo

Bad customer service. Have changed the time of booking. Also, a private room booked, but told they had to give it to someone else. When we asked for refund on booking fee, The Crazy Bear promised us that the manager will be found as he was unavailable for at least 40 mins. Manager promised us that we will be seated earlier - never showed his face again nor the promise materialised. At 55 GBP p/p fixed menu, they showed us that spring rolls were de-frosted .

The Crazy Bear Is A Small Chain Of Restaurants And

The Crazy Bear is a small chain of restaurants and its decor certainly created the Wow factor, it could be described as Barbara Cartland's bedroom very strange but certainly a great talking point!

The service was a bit lacking 'couldn't really be bothered' comes to mind! Also I felt their prices were quite steep, the chips certainly - £4 for 'fat boy chips' - all seven of them!! they were however beautifully presented. My main bone of contention has to be the fact that I was sick twice on the way home and when I complained they did not really appear overly concerned. Told me to visit a doctor - this was during the Easter break and no GP was to be had. So that was it. I was told when I next visit them I could have a free glass of champagne -are they kidding I am never going near the place again, rip off prices, poor service and then sickness isn't really a fun night out!
