The Red Pump Inn, Bashall Eaves

This is a real gem; one of the best restaurants in Lancashire. The food is cooked with love and pride from fresh local ingredients and the family who own the place are experienced and keen to build up the business. We have eaten here twice; the second time we took some very discriminating friends and at various times during the meal everybody exclaimed "This is delicious!"

For beer drinkers there is the added bonus of a selection of good ales, correctly kept and served. This restaurant deserves your support. It may not be the cheapest around but you can be sure you are getting value for money.

what a good food place!!! i have recommended to lots of people! well worth a journey.first time my husband and i went we had the "posh" meat and potato pie which melted in your mouth and the sausage and irish champ which was cooked to perfection. the bread and butter pudding is a MUST the meal plus drinks came to £35 BARGAIN!! Second time husband had the fillet steak and i had the pork tenderloin and we both had desserts and hubby had a few pints that time again absolutley cooked perfectly and the bill came to £65.friendly staff and a beautiful quaint restaurant. we drive 40 mins to go but well worth it.
