We Stumbled Across Lambs Of Sheep Street, During A
We stumbled across Lambs of Sheep Street, during a one night visit to Stratford while on holiday. It was a little bit pricier than we had planned, but it was definitely worth it. All 3 of us had mains and desserts and 2 of us had entrees. Every course was absolutely fantastic - it is very rare that everyone enjoys every course, but it happened here. I had the Cotswold lamb cutlets and it was the best lamb dish I have ever had - not exaggerating, lemon tart was also amazing!
Wine list was good.
It took probably no more than 5 minutes for our entrees to come and service was very good. Ambience is very classy without being pretentious (no table clothes, but good cutlery and stemware). Plus you have atmosphere of typical Stratford building with beams and low ceilings and sloping floors - don't worry if you're tall though - they have leather padding on the beams!
