Leap Year

Overall the film didn't have a strong story line to begin with. A woman following Irish tradition and proposing to her boyfriend on Leap year. It did have a nice concept but i feel the acting from Adams really let this film down. Typically things go wrong and she ends up falling in love with someone else. With quite a average twist at the end of the film it wasn't as awful as imagined at the start. With the charming innkeepers Adams poor acting was made up by his humour, and the countryside in the film is beautiful. I had never watched a film with Amy Adams in it beforehand therefor i didn't know what kind of actor she was going to be. Infact i thought this was her first film. It was not. The film is definatly worth watching, it is funny and romantic, however i would not reccomend getting your hopes up over this film nor paying much money for it. It is definatley a watch once and discard type of movie.
