Thisis A Programme Every Dog Owner Should Watch, I
Thisis a programme every dog owner should watch, it banishes the idea of humanising dogs and instead uses Cesar's ideas of dog psychology and demonstrates ways of treating a dog as a dog and how that's not a bad thing.
Too often on his programme you will see people who believe in treating their dogs as children, not disciplining them or giving them as much exercise as they should be getting and it results in very badly behaved and sometimes aggressive canines. Cesar shows the owners how to address a dog's behaviour as well as how to fulfil the dogs needs rather than just their own.
Not everyone is comfortable with Cesar's techniques, but Cesar himself claims he understands that his way is not the only way. His methods may sometimes appear harsh, but it's important to understand these are extreme case that he is dealing with. He deals not only with the dog, for him that appears to be the easy part, you see the dog change before your eyes as he takes the leash, but the more challenging side is the owners, making them see where they have been going wrong.
His work speaks for itself, as do his pack of over 50 once dangerous dogs some of which were going to be put down for their behaviour. These are now dogs that seem to trust him implicitly and being able to walk all of them at the same time, off lead and still remain in complete control is a sight to behold.
I think the most touching episode I have seen was with a dog that was terrified to even leave its kennel, it had never once been for a walk, it would completely shut down. Cesar spent some time with the animal, gaining its trust and pushing it in the right direction until finally the dog slowly regained its confidence and felt brave enough to explore the outside world.
I would recommend that anyone with a dog, especially those with behaviour problems take a look at the show.

I Am A Big Fan Of Cesar's Work. His Book Was Fanta
I am a big fan of Cesar's work. His book was fantastic and his series is even better. He is very blunt with dog owners which gives them the wake-up call they need, and demonstrates a lot of calm-assertive energy techniques to help people control their dogs. He has 50 dogs of his own, most were abused or dumped and he has successfully rehabilitated all of them and they live together happily in packs with other dogs. This man truly is doing good and should be more publicised in the UK.

This Programme Is Like My Bible For Owning A Dog A
This programme is like my bible for owning a dog and has really helped me bring up and train my Doberman.
Cesar explains in an easy-to-understand way how to train and understand your dog. Everytime I watch the programme I learn something new.
The only bad thing I can think of is that the programme is only 30 mins long so it seems as though they are rushing through and missing parts of how Cesar is training both the dogs (and the owners). I think they should show in more detail what he is doing and make each episode an hour long.
Whether you like dogs or not, watch it and I'm sure you will like it.
Thank you, I will look out for this program. I don't have a dog but I love to watch a good dog trainer. at work. It is marvellous what they can get the dogs to do. I used to love watching Barbara Woodhouse on TV, that was a few years ago!
