The company website offers satisfaction and as long as you are in the 48 hour window to complain, you are entitled to a refund, as long as it meets SSP refund criteria. Well that's totally rubbish! They made a mistake, I contacted them within 48 hours, they refused to refund on thier error. I contacted customer service twice and was told they wouldn't refund on £23 cookie they ruined, I asked to speak with a manager and was ignored, I had phone SSP who don't answer the phon, I need received an email telling me the case is closed, my summary of Millie's cookies online, is

A- Their website is lies

B- They take payment and you don't receive what you pay for

C- They couldn't care less

D- Their customer service is actually the worst I have ever spoken with.

Millie's Cookies is excellent. Cookies are my favorite and taste is sweet and crunchy. Quality and Quantity is great. Price is affordable. Recommended to friends and family. Happy customer.

This was one amazingly huge cookie I have ever tasted. and when the cookie came in front of me I was speechless looking at its size and also how heavy it was. It was made really well and the toppings on it were complimenting the overall taste...!! Plus cheers to the hospitality of the staff, really helpful and explained the entire product well.

Rang their Elden Sq, Newcastle store, to place an order for collection by my teen son the following week for his b/day. Spoke to a female I assumed was the Manager as she knew exactly what I wanted and took detailed notes, explaining my options. I was very confident and happy the order was understood, a £24.99 Giant Double cookie etc etc. ...My son called in on his b/day, with the cash to pay (as agreed by our conversation the previous week) - My son is at Uni living away, and so it couldnt be delivered as delivery slots n/a (he would be in Uni). ... The order was NOT there, the broken English speaking staff member just told him "we dont do that here, go to Metro branch", she didnt bother to offer to check or make enquiries of other staff members. My son is quiet and reserved, he doesnt kick off, like I am!!.

So basically, DONT RISK ordering a special event cookie from these people, NOT WORTH THE RISK. There cookies are great.... shame they happy to ignore customers. dated 15-10-19 date of collection, incase they do bother to read this.
