Worse experience ever. I won't buy from them ever again.

I purchased a bath that cost me almost £350 including delivery just to have it break into pieces when to be fitted. Initially, my builder found two cracks in it, and when to remove it just started to break, it barely has any material on it.

I have contacted the customer service which was a very unsatisfactory experience because they won't admit that they are advertising a false description, that the bathroom is 5mm thick but it is not. In certain areas has around 2mm, which definitely is not something I was made aware of. I have been told that no refund will be given or a replacement which left me in the position to spend another probably £350 for a new bath. I have one single bathroom in my home and am also almost 7 months pregnant and unable to use the bathroom for basic needs.

Stay away from this company, it sounds more like a sham.

Over the many years of trading and home shopping this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I spent many hours putting together the best prices for all the items in a complete bathroom refit. I decided on Bathroom Supastore, but sent an email regarding two non stock items prior to a firm order. No reply, so sent another. No reply, so called late on the 2nd of January, only to find most of the items had increased in price overnight by 20%- 80%. The sales guy offered different prices on some items, and assured me that he would do an order costing and email it through to me. What a surprise, Nothing. I have since sourced, and purchased all the items at a fraction of Bathroom Supastore's price, with excellent service and communication. I would never attempt to use this company again.

I ordered a white gloss mdf bath side and end panel which arrived the following day. The items were of a good quality and in good condition.

The price paid was one of the cheapest I found when searching.

I would definitely use them again.

Bathroom Supastore offer fantastic prices. I can't believe that they have beaten my local bathroom store by £349.08 for exactly the same products. I have recieved a very friendly and helpful service from this fantastic Internet company.

I am always slightly nervous of buying anything online, but I am really glad that I bought from this company. They offer a brilliant service and excellent prices. Well done, Bathroom Supastore!

I had initial reservations about placing an order with a company that I didn't know a lot about, but having seen their satisfied customers on ebay I felt that it was fine to place my order and I have been satisfied with the helpful servbice that I have received.

Would I order again from them? Absolutely.

I ordered a showertray, within 3 days it had arrived cannot fault the service, also praise for your delivery method as i missed the driver has I just nipped out so I phoned straight away and he came back 3 hrs later. Excellent 10 out of 10 brilliant service will use again if I need anything else.
