Complete Waste Of Time
I ordered a basin and cabinet for a bathroom project I was doing while my customer was on holiday. Before ordering I made sure with Boundary Bathroom's customer service that the items were in stock. After making the payment I waited for 4 days. Nothing arrived. I checked their tracking system only to discover that the basin was out of stock. I contacted them again to cancel the basin order (as I couldn't wait any longer). I also urged them to send the cabinet as soon as possible. Customer service assured me that the cabinet will be sent on the same day but now after waiting for entire 2 weeks I still haven't got it. My customer came back from his holiday and he even can't wash his hands (very embarrassing situation for me). AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Very Poor Customer Care
Bought expensive shower enclose two years ago and was told that the manufacturer had a unique lifetime guarantee. Well its that unique that when we contacted them regarding the faulty shower door they referred us to the online guarantee which in fact is worthless. There is nothing and I mean nothing that is under guarantee.
Wrote letter to Boundary Bathrooms regarding this as it is their responsibility to respond and repair as the retailer, but to date I have not even received a response. This company is very poor on customer service and just shift blame when it is they who are responsible as the cubicle is not fit for purpose. It should not be coming of its runner after only two years. Cheaper cubicles last a lot longer without fault and if they really valued their customers they would respond positively rather than ignore their past customers. Beware if anything goes wrong because they don't want to know.

Bad Service, Blames You And Lies To You All Time
We spent £15k in this company and we have received very poor services. There have been sereval delays for delivery and 3 faulty products. When we contacted them, all they tried to do is to blame your builder or push you away. It has been a nightmare to order the products from them. We wish we have seen the reviews here before we made orders from them. If you are lucky to read our compliants before making the order, please don't bother to upset yourself. Very painful experience with them.

Non Existent Customer Care And Selling Products Not In Stock
I placed this order in July, waiting 3 weeks of non delivery and me chasing every few days to be told it would be there the next day, and lots of other lies.
Cancelled the order and went elsewhere.
However got several emails to say that they were despatching the order, sent another invoice, I rang and emailed to say dont, and after several communications said it was all dealt with, but then still had emails via courier to try and deliver and an email with the invoice. Rang several times as I was on holiday and no one there for delivery, couldnt get through, they sent out several of their standard emails, like you have 14 days to check the order, then 7 days later we hope everything is okay with your order. Replied again saying that there is no order.
It has taken hours of my time to either wait for the tap or try to cancel it and dealing with this company is an utter joke.
3 months of inconvenience.

Terrible Customer Service
To cut a long, complicated story short, I have had a nightmare with Boundary Bathrooms. They don't return calls, you get random emails from people that make no sense and they don't really appear to know what they're doing. My experience was that bad that I felt compelled to email the MD as he actually invites you to if you encounter problems and he hasn't bothered to contact me. His statement of "we provide the best customer service in the business and you can rest assured that, if you experience any problems, I will sort them out to your total satisfaction" is a complete joke. They're happy to take your money but not quite so happy to give it back. I am now in my 3rd week of waiting for a refund for part of an order that was cancelled after waiting a week an a half and an awful lot of messing about for it to be collected. The products are cheap but if I was paid for my time, wasted trying to get anywhere with this awful company then it would be the most expensive bathroom I have ever bought!!

Ordered a couple of items and awaited their delivery. After a week contacted Boundary and was told they were awaiting stock. I I had known of lack of stock I would not have ordered as this has had a knock on effect for the project concerned. i would like to have the choice. Was sent a very pally pally email regarding delivery and how this would proceed and was told that I would be contacted with a date and update of time of delivery. 11 days after ordering. Luckily I was at home the following day as the lorry pulled up completely unannounced.
Actions, not lots of flowery words are what one needs!
