Missing part, but when I rung up, I was told that it was over 7 days since delivery so they told me to get it from my local DIY store.

Yes they have a 7 day period to notify them of damages, but this wasn't damaged, it was missing. I didn't notice a missing part until installation.

I purchased a bath from es-bathrooms in January 2012. It was installed in March but a large crack developed in the base in June. I contacted them and provided information and photographs as requested as well as an independant report - to no avail. In spite of many emails, telephone calls and letter to MD) there was no offer of replacement or refund. They did however contact me when I gave an unfavourable review, but still no offer of replacement. I have now discovered that es-bathrooms changed its name in January (before my bath was delivered) and then went into Administration in May.

Found this company online, Thought their prices were too good to be true but I wasnt disappointed. From start to finish they kept me well informed about the delivery,I rang on the morning of the delivery to be told the driver would be there in an hour ... absolutley spot on.

My order arrived which was well packaged and I was really pleased with the overall experience of buying from this company.

I would not Hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them and already have to Friends.

The customer service department were helpful, friendly and knowledgable.
