Worst Seller!! Don't buy anything from them.

I wished I had read their reviews before buying 2 vanity units from them. They sent wrong units. Raised the case againt them via the PayPal, if I had to pay via bank transfer I would never get my money back. It took more than a month of dispute before I could finally get my money back. This was stressful. These people are unprofessional. Warning! if you want to waste time and money than they are the right people.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS YOU PAID FOR

Absolutely terrible. Bought a 800mm wide toilet and sink unit in brilliant white. When it got installed and the two units were side by side, you could see they were different colours. Reported to them through their website, they claimed they didn't receive it and made me submit it again through Plumb Logistics website. Photos provided as requested. Replacement vanity unit sent out but it was the same colour as the existing one so no use. I was then told because I'd installed it I'd contractually accepted it! Spoken to citizens advise who confirmed this is NOT true. All of my suggestions to resolve have been ignored, and they've refused to give me a phone number to discuss it with them claiming they are online only

Easy website and products we needed and came on a pallet and in perfect condition. Got another room to do soon so will be back in touch

Like my title says I can not find fault with these guys , we came across there website and prices looked good so we decided to visit there showroom.

We are so glad that we did,we saw the cubicle we wanted and were pleased with the quality and the guy who served us really knew his stuff and couldn't do enough for us.

We never felt pressure and it was all delivered the week after on the day we said.

If we had to put a negative in it was the website didn't really show all the bathroom products they had and they advised they were working on it.

Keep up the good work and will recommend you to everyone
