Placed an order in December. Not received item. Written to them 3 times without reply. 

I placed an order with turtle cup on the 19th of august for a reusable coffee cup. After paying standard £2. 30 shipping i expected to receive my item in 3-5 days. After a week i grew suspicious, but as it was an eco-friendly store i decided to wait a but longer incase it was an attempt to decrease their carbon footprint. after two weeks, i emailed turtle cup politely asking if my order had been shipped. No response. a few days later i emailed again asking if i would ever get my order and telling them that their brand seems untrustworthy to me at this point. No response. i paid £15 for this cup, over 2 hours work, and as a university student supporting myself i think this is absolutely disgusting. At least have enough respect for your company and customers to email them back. but there you go now i've lost £15 and i hope no one else trusts them.
