Abama Hotel Resort, Tenerife

Ricardo Brissett of Dial A Flight booked a last minute holiday for us. Despite the fact we missed our flight out and had to stay overnight at one of the hotels at the airport, and then two members of our family decided to

join us for the latter part, everything went smoothly. We have used Dial A Flight in the past, the last being a trip New York. Local knowledge was good. We will definitely use them again in the future for their reliability and professionalism.

The Ritz Carlton Abama Hotel was very good, as you would expect of a 5* hotel. What was very special was the staff, without fail everyone was very

approachable, professional, friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Club level and the staff here was especially friendly and the Club room was open at all times for breakfast, lunch and dinner and in between you have a special club room to help yourself to nibbles and drinks. Definitely recommend this. We feel we have become friends with the staff here. There are villas too, but they are some distance from the main building. A special mention must go to Louisa, one of the chambermaids. Each evening she would leave on the bed some beautiful towel creation: a flower or dog wearing my husband's sunglasses!

The hotel's signature restaurant MB was by far the best "fine dining" restaurant we have encountered after many years of travel. Everything was just excellent, including the quantity so that you leave the table sated but not bloated. Suprisingly every dish was superb and a new experience.

In short, the Club level accommodation and MB are the two features to return to Abama.
