Los Gigantes, Hotel Los Gigantes

We have just returned this week from the Hotel, we paid Thomson Gold for an upgraded superior room , with a double bed, This turned out to be two single beds pushed together, the TV wait for it was a 14 inch, which if you had bad eyes you wouldn't see it, a tea maker was extra, the safe key was 14 Euros , with no refund , I took ill on my last night shaking fever etc,terrible flight home , and learnt on line that whilst we there the hotel had a Nova Virus,which they forgot to mention. unless you are 60 years or over dont go , the entertainment is nearly non existent.The extras offered ! 2your own private taxi to and fro from the airport",at a cost of 80 euros, it turned out to be a 16 seat mini bus, with seats 14" x 14" square,terrible, we complained , but they sent the same one back for the journey home. the Thomson Gold rep named John said QUOTE we are fed up with this happening, as Euhan the Tui Thomson director in head office ,he instructs Margaret ,who looks after transport at Tenirife airport, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE THE CLIENTS TAXIS, FOB THEM WHEN THEY COMPLAIN,TANTAMOUNT TO FRAUDI would say.
