Premier Range Truly Curved Black Cooker Hood

I purchased mine a week ago. Immediately it became apparent what cheap rubbish these hoods are. They are made of very sharp aluminium which will cut you to shreds. Mine was damaged on arrival and im still waiting for a replacement. The instructions are non existent and fitting is a joke as fittings are so cheap they bend and twist. The filters in mine got damaged just by applying little hand pressure. I took mine down after a couple of days as it looks nothing but cheap and nasty and spoils the look of my new kitchen. Spend more money and get something that works as the motors on these are clearly not strong enough. When i get my replacement canopy i will try and off load onto Ebay or sell for spares.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! having brought a hood from premier range and having not took it out the box , when i came to fit it 5 weeks later i noticed a deep scratch , telling there customer service team he was not interested in exchanging it !!!!!

I bought one of these last week.it came really fast and it looks great. Can't believe how cheap it was either, a right bargain!

Looks brilliant works well great price delivered early what more could you want.

very pleased with the overall service. Kept in touch promptly with reply to any query. Over all very helpful company. Would be happy to tell family and friends about web site. Loved the fact there was videos to watch about products which was great.

Had a few reservations, based on this and other review sites - even cancelled an order for hob and exractor. They refunded this cancellation without any major issue. Ordered one of their designer hoods via Ebay - item looks stunning, was easy to install (though still can't work out why you're not allowed to cut the plug off!).

Very pleased with the item - when I though there was an issue with the touch panel, they sent a replacement in a day or so, without question.

Would I buy from them again - YES!

Ordered a cooker hood and glass splash back and was told it would arrive a couple of days later. Two days later was telephoned and told it was not in stock despite taking the money in full on the original order day.

I was offered to wait a few weeks or I could have a refund so I chose to have the refund. Five days later I am still waiting for my refund and when I called them about it they had "no electronic record of the request" (conveniently) and they said they would cal the accounts department and call me back. I asked if I could call the accounts department and was told they do not take calls!

After reading other reviews, it looks like a call to trading standards and the bank will be the next step as I have no confidence that I will get a call back.

Would not use again.

Installed this in our new kitchen and it looked stunning. Turned on the lights, there was a small pop, and they went out. Called Premier who said that the transformer had blown and they would send me another, which they did. Should point out that it is illegal for me to mess with electrics in the kitchen, but they were more than happy for me to do so. Fortunately, the electrician grudgingly returned and fixed it. Two weeks later, the whole thing stopped working. Filled in their rather terse claim on line a week ago, and they have ignored me ever since. So in essence the product looks brilliant, works well, but the support is suspect

BOUGHT THIS ITEM FOR MY SON ARRIVED QUITE QUICKLY BUT WAS DIFFERENT FROM ORIGINAL OFFER THEY SAID THEY RAN OUT OF THE ONE I ORDERED AND HAD UPGRADED FOR ME AT NO EXTRA CHARGE GREATTTTTTTTT,UNFORTUNATELY DIDN'T COME WITH THE CARBON FILTER ,THEY SAID IT WAS ON BACK ORDER IVE BEEN WAITING SINCE THE 7TH OF NOVEMBER AND STILL NOTHING. THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL

Bought this item through the internet, but had a few questions i needed to ask about the products appearance and also advice re fitting. So i phoned the office.The staff could not have been more helpful and i feel they went out of their way to help me. Happy with the responses, i was thrilled when the item arrived next day.

It looks fantastic and performs well and is an asset to my home. I cannot believe the value for money offered by Premier Range and i will certainly be using them again. I recomend them.
