0/5 because the second oven does not come on,

0/5 because the hob buttons are hazardous for not being fixed,

4/5 because the grill works even with the door closed,

3/5 because 3 burners are fine but the smallest one does not ignite well and comes off although the ignition itself is fine

28/100 technically speaking but

10/100 for overall dissatisfaction

This oven looks promising and had a lot of potential but let us down very badly from when it was new. It looks great but even insurance contracts cannot fix the problems.

Bought this oven on line from Homebase. It looked ok but had the following problems. 1. The gas flame on the burners was too high so I could not simmer foods. 2.The oven pilot light kept extinguishing itself. These problems meant I was unable to use the appliance as needed. I called Homebase and they said an engineer had to come out before i could return the item. I had to agree to this so did. He was unable to alter the burner controls. He had ato alter the oven pilot light but because of the former his report allowed me to return the appliance fro a full refund.

In addition regarding a general review the oven is way too small. None of my standard sized baking trays would fit into it. The oven burner was forward in the oven rather than at the back which meant the availble size was even more comprimised depth wise. It is unsuitable for purpose and I would not recommend people buy it.
