CDA RC9321 Double Gas Oven

We purchased a CDA RC9321 double gas oven two months ago (I wish I had read the reviews first). The temperature dial is labelled in centigrade rather than the traditional Gas Mark 1,2 etc. The burners are located at the front of the oven and not the back and can be difficult to ignite. After burning more than a couple of meals I contacted CDA Customer Services as my belief was that there could be a fault with the oven. The customer service is less than professional and I was informed that CDA gas burning ovens are not standard UK gas burning ovens but Continental - fine if you live on the Continent! You only need remember three things about CDA - they are economic with appliance information unless you ask the 'right questions', they are dreadful people to deal with and their appliances are fit for the bin - I better start saving for another range cooker. Do yourself a favour, spend a little bit more money and buy a quality appliance from a reputable company.
