Morphy Richards Meno Kettle

Our kettle was gaurenteed for 2 years but after 15 months the element failed. Murphy Richards told us we should have descaled it so it was our fault and would do nothing. This kettle may look nice but the quality is very shoddy and certainly not worth what it cost. We would advise NEVER buying a Morphy Richards kettle

I purchased this kettle which was not cheap, the lid is made from plastic, very tacky, it is noisy. Within a few weeks it started to look very tatty I then discovered it was because the paint was peeling off, I contacted Morphy Richard who sent me a replacement, I promplty sold it on ebay and purchase a decent kettle. What a waste of money. Quality certainly not that expected from a well known company. Steer well clear of this one.

I only gave it one star as I could not enter zero!

Bought this kettle as a replacement Salter still under guarantee. After one week the lid will not open. Back to the store tomorrow for another bash at kettle buying.
