Almost Too Good To Be True...
I love this little kettle! I spent ages looking at, inspecting and holding other more expensive brands in the store and nothing felt right. They were all too heavy or too large. This little item sat quietly and calmly in a small box on a lower shelf as if it was minding it's own business in an utterly understated way. I was drawn to the white cover and it's shiny plastic. It's small and complete like a larger version of a travel kettle. Once home I can't believe what value for money at £5.50 it actually is...it boils quickly and efficiently and works hard in a very understated way!!! Brilliant buy, thoroughly recommended!

Cheap, But Definitely Not Nasty!
Bought this £6 kettle to replace a 6-year old similar Tesco Value Cordless Kettle which had to be replaced owing to slight water leakage from the heating element gasket probably the result of old age and very frequent use.
To my eyes, it is a little more stylish than the old model and now has a positively locking lid. Maximum capacity (1.7 litres) and power consumption (max. 2,000 watts) remain the same.
Can't see any point whatsoever in paying more (and it could be considerably more) for a device to simply boil water which it does with style and authority with the automatic switch-off device working like a dream.
Finished in glorious white, this attractive kitchen essential just has to be one of the steals of the century!
Most kettles are way too big! This one is smaller but not too small. It's not noisy & the boiling time is quick. It's a nice shape. Considering the low price of this kettle, this is a good purchase. I bought it quite some time ago and I've had no problems whatsoever..
I have this kettle and I love its new design...
