Good, Solid "no Drip" Kettle
What a neat and practical kettle! It boils quickly, pours perfectly without drips or run back (where it runs down the front after pouring)
The lid opens easily with a button on top of the handle and can be opened further if required. It also has a blue light inside to show when it's heating, a bit bling but it's kind of nice.It is also reasonably quiet.
This kettle is a simple straight sided design with a flat top, designed by an engineer not by a kitchen fashion designer but it looks great!
If you buy from Argos be careful as they are now selling a different kettle under the 423/3464 number. The correct Morphy Richards number is 43850.
I cannot fault this kettle at all!
It is a terrific Kettle. The Britta Filter makes sur there is no future limescale problems and therefore will last years. I love the blue light, god knows why it's there but it is. B A UTIFUL.
The 43850 model apears to be the same as 43840 and the model number 43841 is the brushed stainless model.
Like I said above, watch the Argos model as they say it has "slight cosmetic differences" It's a different kettle! Ask them to show you one first.
