The Tefal 69204011P Elegance is a nice water jug only so I won't be buying another. First one failed within 6month, given another when returned, the next one failed 8months later.

Tefal 69204011P Elegance: I would like to know more about the product reliability. If I could be sure that it would last longer then I would buy another.
My Tefal Kettle has also ceased to work after about 1years use. The black plastic also accumulates lots of lime scale Which is difficult to remove. We are now looking for another brand.
I bought my Tefal kettle back in March (ish 2005) it still works fine now.
