Flavel Diamond HE Gas Fire Reviews

We chose this fire because of its looks, but it is very poorly made; flimsy, parts were loose and didn't fit together properly. The remote control is also difficult to use. The heat output was poor and it quickly sooted up and set of the Carbon Monoxide alarm. Flavel support were useless and the supplier refused to have anything to do with it. We replaced it with a Valor fire which works perfectly, but have lost our money on this.
