Faulty Radiator, Company Not Responding, 10 Year Warranty?
I ordered six radiators two of which are faulty. Cant seem to get back in touch to have them replaced. I did at one point manage to get through to a customer support rep via WhatsApp however, after my initial request to have them replaced they stopped responding. Telephone number displayed on website is never answered and emails as well are non responsive. 10 year warranty on all products but what good is that if the consumer cannot exercise their right to have the product repaired or replaced. Finally, the product itself is not that great. I find them expensive to run and only after a couple of weeks of use the white panelling turned slightly yellow. Poor quality product and atrocious customer care.

What A Relieve It Is Since We Had These Installed.
What a relieve it is since we had these installed. Heat quality is excellent, they look brill but importantly my energy bills have significantly reduced

Please do NOT attempt to buy heaters from this company. They never respond on a 121 chat. Email responses are the norm but I doubt whether the products are of good quality. Do not use please. It will cost you money for a product with no invoice or paperwork nor any follow up advice or guidance whatsoever. I am on a mission to seek out and have this company closed down. Nothing at all to like
