Not Welcome

Should be no stars could not get service. Went in 2 days in row GAdsden mall location. 1st day stylist said she was booked with appointments. 2nd day walked mall 20 minutes to be told she did see me on !ist and I would have wait longer because she had someone else. Walk in not welcome.

Over Charged

i have short hair and went for highlights on dec 23/17 and nasrin did my hair it took 3 hr to complete the procedure and i was charged 100.55 it should have been 55.00 for streaks and 10.00 for toner total 65.00 on my bill it stated long hair i questioned about the overcharge and was told that it was the right amount i could have gone to chatters for this price and they treat customers like royalty i refuse to go back and would like a refund

Rudest Hair Dresser I Have Ever Been To.

I went to master cuts in crossroads mall mt.hope a couple of days ago.the woman was so rude to me.i was treated like I had the plague.i would have got up and left but my daughter was getting her hair cut too so I didn't want to humiliate her.i have never been so mad.did I tip her.no way.i will never go back there ever.

They Don't Care

Went in. Wanted purple underneath and in my bangs. We agreed to do the baseball cap. Everything seemed fine except that it took FOREVER and the color in my bangs didn't take. I asked for some layers and my bangs just to be cleaned up. She didn't ask me what I was looking for and I ended up with layers I can't even tuck behind my ear!! My length is below color bone so that's a lot of layers!!. Said I'd come back to get my bangs fixed and left.

When I called I asked for someone different because when I got home I had realized that she went way higher than we talked about with my color so it wasn't the look I wanted. Didn't even blend right, some of my purple underneath didn't take, I got purple in random spots of my brown where she touched my hair with color on her glove AND my bangs were jacked up. She had taken a chunk out of them.

Guess who I got... the same chick and in the end there still wasn't color in my bangs like I wanted, and though they are shorter than I wanted I was able to fix my bangs. So much for growing my hair out because no I need to fix it to blend better with my layers. I have done a better job at coloring my hair honestly but thought it would be nice to treat myself... 120$ down the drain.

Never Again

The Burlington Mall did my hair. The lady cutting it rushed me through--I've never been in and out of a chair so fast. She didn't measure the length once, go see if it was even. She didn't wash my hair, and cut it dry. The bangs she gave me were not the type I was looking for AT ALL. I ended up crying on my way home, because the whole experience was so stressful. The only good thing she did was give me an honest opinion of how I'd look with short hair.

Immediately after walking out, I called my usual girl so she could fix my hair.

Never Again

The woman that did my hair did a wonderful job! My problem is with the manager and the customer disservice team. The manager used hurtful and discriminatory language while I was there and I didn't appreciate myself and people like me being mocked in such a way. I contacted customer service who refused to do anything about it and responded that I would not be contacted by anyone and my case was closed. Piss-poor customer relations skills. There are other good stylists at other salons and I'll be giving them my business from now on. PS - These folks are owned by Regis.

Waited Awhile And Got The Person Who Just Started That Week

I realize everyone who graduates cosmetology school needs to start somewhere, but I went to MasterCuts the night of a date, and paid the extra for a cut and style. The girl just started that week because she'd just graduated cosmetology school and I've had my hair done for years - many times - but very nice, but one of the worst style jobs I've ever had. Just didn't know what she was doing and the manager didn't check it over and seemed oblivious - I could have gone to the cosmetology school and paid their prices - not the best experience. Would not return. When I go to a professional hair salon, and this one is in a mall, I expect a knowledgeable provider. I look like a classy, normal person also - they should NOT have given me the brand new girl. OR tell me that is who I am getting and PAY ATTENTION to her work.

Okay But Not The Best

Most of the time I have gone they gave me a good haircut but one time I went during an off hour and this lady thinned my hair without giving me much time to think about whether or not I wanted that done. She said my hair tangled easily and the thinning would help with the volume. Well, my hair now looks much thinner and the lady at another salon who colors my hair commented on how much thinner it looked. I am quite displeased with the service I got that day and will make sure to go at a busy time in order to get a better hairstylist. It really depends on who you get whether or not you will get good service apparently.

Never Again!!

My boyfriend and I went in a few months ago and actually showed them a picture of what we wanted. They cut mine way too short off centered. My boyfriend showed them a picture same result.. Went in there and talked to the manager. She's got no people skills. She said that cutting hair with the scissor are different than with a clippers. What's the difference??!. I went there at opening time and asked her what time she opened and in a sarcastic attitude she said 10. Really I said it 10:15. And that was the same young manager we had talked to before. Never go back there. NEVER!!!
