I was charged £160 for a bad haircut which was not what I asked for and looks terrible.

Hairdresser and I agreed exactly what I wanted at the beginning of the session. I was very clear and specific and had pictures of what I want and didn’t want.

I asked for a blonde ombré starting at eyebrow level which would look okay as it grew out because, as I said, I didn’t want to have to keep coming back to maintain it, I was pregnant and had two children already.

Four hours later, the dye was rinsed out and my hair was dried, and I was charged £160 for streaks and chunks of pale ashy blonde throughout my hair starting near my roots and the same all the way through, no ombré at all. The hairdresser informed me that I’d have to come back a few times to get it blonde at the bottom like in the picture - she didn’t say this at the beginning when she agreed to what I wanted. I can’t afford that and don’t have time with a breastfed baby (meaning I can’t leave her that long) and two older kids!

It looked so bad and cheap I cried several times. Friends and family have commented on it and are shocked at the quality and price.

I contacted the salon a couple of times after and they completely ignored me.
