Had the best colour treatment done in Raw Birmingham today. Attentive, professional colourist. Clean, calm environment. Very happy with the results of my treatment. Looking forward to my next visit

Went to Bromley raw salon today had the best hair cut ever which was done by a lovely friendly person excellent at her job took time with my hair going back next week for highlights will now be a regular client best hairdressers ever would not have got better in the west end of london

I went there today...the salon has a new owner. who used to work at the Dartford salon.. He did exactly what I asked him to do...my hair looks so much better , 3 people have already noticed...I think I have found my hairdresser for life.. thanks... I am a fussy nightmare client...I know that...but anyone locally ...please try raw petts wood...the salon itself is not amazing...but the quality of hairdressing is.!.

I cannot believe that the Raw hair salon in Swanley has no heating..I have my hair done and the girls I use I good...but...it is soooo cold in there...when washing hair if there busy day the water gets cold..the windows are always steamed coz it cold there and the breath of clients steam up the windows...the owner has lost the plot..he has been wasting his money on re.deco and not heating...even the staff have to wear jacket and scarfs when the hair dryers are not on...that's the only thing that keep it warm...I had to get hair dryer on to warm myself up...SOMETHING MUST BE DONE ABOUT THIS!!!!!

Had an absolutely shocking experience in this hairdressers. Rude staff, bad cut. The man who cut my hair stank of cigarettes and a choking amount of aftershave which was unbearable and was finished with the wash cut and blow dry in around 30 minutes which I know from experience is far too quick.

Went straight out the next day to have my hair fixed in another salon in the high street which I won't name to keep things fair, paid around the same price but had a stylist who knew what they were doing and I will definitely be returning to. My stylist in the second salon was horrified by the cut that had been inflicted on me over the road at Raw.

Would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy!

i had my hair done for the first time at raw the other day by a great guy called neil. he was brilliant very friendly and made me feel totally at ease as personally i find some hair salons a bit daunting! he gave me great advice and the best haircut i have ever had,i left feeling great:) a great salon,by far the best on orpington high st,i will be moving away soon but will definitely make the journey to raw:) love this place xx

My daughter made an appointment at Raw today after being let down by someone who had promised to cut her hair. Wow is what I have to say ! My daughter is not a fan of hair salon's having had a few bad hair cuts in the past because the hairdresser's have miss interpreted what has been asked for. Well Mark at Raw was fantastic , checking everything and discussing in full what he would do at each stage.

While my daughter was having her appointment myself and her grandmother took a seat to wait for her , the staff were amazing we were asked three times over a hour and half period whether we would like refreshments and to make sure we were ok.

Every member of staff acknowledged us with a smile or a hello , the atmosphere in the salon is so relaxing and welcoming .I am seriously thinking of changing my hair stylist (I have been going to them for nearly twenty years )

I will also add this salon is so reasonably priced , we popped into another well know chain on Orpington high street who wanted £30 more for the same treatment .

I walked passed Raw in Orpington a couple of years back and the beautiful interior caught my eye, I went inside and the staff were very friendly. I have been going to Raw Hairdressers since I walked in for the first time and I always have Jamie to cut my hair as I really trust his opinion, and I always come out feeling money well spent. I'm so glad Raw are doing well, as they truly deserve to be with their great attention to detail in every way. Most of my family go there now and they all love it! Highly recommend, the staff are helpful, caring and an all round talented team.
