Raymond Lee Collier Row, Romford, Essex

The stylist I had was lovely and did my colour really well. Not sure what happened but even though I showed a picture she cut it instead of shoulder length. ..... into a Bob. Three weeks later I still hate the cut.

Now for the story. I called back on the day to explain my issue and that I didn't want a full refund just what I was owed for the haircut. I was promised a phone call back numerous times and the manager never did. I was asked to pop in because the manager might be in.... (because I sit around all day doing nothing that's really easy of course!!!!). The stylists can't pass on contact details for the manager ans can't do refunds without him and he won't call me back. Where does that leave me?

I'm honestly really annoyed and love to support local business this is why I trusted them with my hair, I would like to add they are not cheap. I paid the same as I do in London city chain hairdressers. Big mistake. Never again, even though they were all really friendly if something goes wrong they can't help. I am also unclear how after showing a picture someone can still get it wrong and even more baffled why the manager is creating so many barriers.

Ive had some beautiful cuts here but the past 2-3 times I have had to return the next day to have minor mistakes corrected. Today I've come home, had to rewash and blow dry my hair again as it was so matted I couldn't even run my fingers threw it. Whilst blow drying it I found I literally have chunks missing from it being over hacked with thinning scissors. I went in for a simple trim and have left with a wedge of cheese style fringe and a hairstyle that only time can heal!

just been to Raymond Lee salon in Collier Row for a cut and colour I had a stylist and she was fabulous she listened to what I wanted and I am delighted with the result.

I went for the first time to Raymond Lee which was recommended to me by family. I had a fantastic hair cut and also they fitted my colour in although I hadn't booked one. All the staff were very professional, helpful and very friendly. Had a lovely coffee in a relaxed atmosphere. I was over the moon with my great hair cut and colour. I will definitely go again. I had been colouring my hair at home and it was getting darker and darker. I wanted to go lighter so was recommended to Raymond Lee by a friend, on entering the salon I was greeted with a polite and friendly receptionist. My stylist was brilliant she explained everything that was going on.I had a head massage that I had never had at any salon I had been to before and had a lovely latte.I had a whole head colour and she suggested half a head of highlights.I love it the cut and blow dry was great I've rebooked for 6 weeks time.

i recently visited Raymond Lee in collier Row and had a very enjoyable experience. I was greeted as soon as i walked in the salon with a genuine smile from the receptionist. The stylist was very helpful and made sure i was happy with what we was doing. I had a wonderful head massage which lasted a good 5 mins or more. it was very relaxing! I was very satisfied withthe haircut the stylist was very attentive! i shall be returning for a colour and cant wait.

Have been going to Raymond Lee for over a year now and the cuts started out with a lot of effort put into it. Definitely not putting in the effort now and seem to be stuck on one style and what they want. Too much chatter between the stylists. They seem to take it for granted you will return as they push you into making an appointment before you leave the salon. I will not be returning to this salon.

I have visited Raymond Lee in Collier Row and was very pleased with my cut BUT went to have my hair coloured and cut and was very disappointed. The hairdresser who coloured it completely mucked it up and I walked out of the shop with about 3 different colours, bearing in mind it was meant to be 1 colour, it was mostly canary yellow (awful) and bleach white where she hadn't put the colour on properly. I was so embarrassed about it I had to get someone to get me a colour from a shop to put over it, there was NO way I would have let anyone in that hairdressers touch my hair again. Also the cut was awful, which surprised me even more because the hairdresser normally did a good job cutting it.

Went to Raymond Lee Collier Row a while ago and girl who had cut my hair previiously was on holiday, so I had a more senior stylist:: I complained at the time because she gave me a terrible haircut and I have been paying for it ever since: 2 days later ended up paying over £70 to get it rectified in another salon!!
