Company did not send any of the wigs I ordered. Instead, I received cheap items that were not even the color I ordered and also received braiding hair, which I did not order. I sent the items back and requested a refund. It has been six months and I have not heard anything from them though I have repeatedly contacted them, and of course, I have not received my refund. Their website is no longer valid. Something needs to be done. This company should not be allowed to take from people.

I Bought wigs from this company as im after chemotherapy. I had gone online on Vivwigs/Vivhair site and saw there address information was for the Uk. They have Aberdeen in Scotland on there website which other reviews i saw afterwards say there is no such address for them there. When i originally saw the uk address it was a reason why I bought from them in case I had to return and paypal could be used so i felt safe.

Weeks later my wigs arrived and they were just terrible. They had hair wefts hanging off in places that werent even sewn onto the cap. The hair was meant to be real hair and was synthetic and stunk and there wasnt the thickness on it i ordered. It was practically see through. They also cut the tiniest fringe on one side which was terrible.

On requesting a refund I went through a nightmare they email you in the middle of the night and beg you to keep not giving you the returns address. Then when i tell them their unfit for wear they offer £50 bk after I paying £328. They continue to insult me with small offers and no return address until i escalate a dispute with paypal. I win the case for a refund but they give an address in China to return too. They will not pay for the return of their faulty items even though i have sent them pictures showing this. They are so dishonest and the registered tracked mail is close to €100 to China. This is sickening and paypal are letting them get away with not paying for the returns. So much for buyer protection. Paypal are terrible to deal with also.

Please do not buy from this company!! They have also pver 70 shocking reviews on trustpilot. They are a sham and the European Commission for Consumers said their terms arent in line with consumer rights.

I bought from Vivwigs but they also trade as Vivhair. When paid through paypal payment goes through as Top Hair Inc. This just shows also how shady they are.

The quality is terrible and you cant return anything (they refuse to even give you an address to send to) and they wont refund you

Took 6Weeks to arrive,was wrong colour,not at all what I ordered, not good quality,not wearable, well maybe a drag queen would suit it paid £150.00 for the garbage,and Paypal was no help, please do not buy anything from Viv Wigs.I am totally disgusted.

I wanted to return a wig I purchased again no rtn address they just refused to accept it back. Pay pal got involved asked me to send it back tracked and I would get full refund and some of postage. I sent it with Hermes who advertise full end to end tracking wig got lost and Hermes wouldn't update tracking even though they said it had been signed for. Pay pal wouldn't refund as no tracking details. Feel been badly used by all three companies but didn't want viv to win so went to debit card company and got full refund. So don't give up I would say go through card provider first to claim. They all know this is a rubbish company but sickening they encourage them to trade. Good luck and don't let them get away with your money. Avoid PayPal and Hermes if you can.

I bought this wig in November 2017 without reading their small print,but luckily read the small print about returns before trying it on!

The colour did not suit me at all and was the shape that was pictured.I did not try it on - if you do they will not refund!!!!

Like others I asked for a refund and got fobbed off with cursery partial offers,but I persisted and got the Chinese returns address. Returned the wig and even then they wanted to take 20% off the purchase price!

After all that I got my refund but they withheld their delivery cost on the 8/1/18.

You have to be persistent, know your rights and use the Consumer Protection Act (saw it on Martin Lewis financial program as I was starting this whole process)!

My wig arrived the wrong color and too big. I have tried for two months to return it and had delaying tactics. With suggestions ton try it again, buy another with a discount, do I want the wig re made. it doesn't fit. At first I was sympathetic and even took it to my hairdresser to see what she thought. At the end of the day the wig was not suitable. After asking several times for a return address I still have not got one.

Don't buy a wig from this company they try to wear you down. In fact I have given up. I am glad it was just a vanity purchase and not that I needed one because of illness.

If I had known I couldn't return if not suitable I would not have bought one from this company

I ordered from the site due to reading the good reviews and being UK based. How I was wrong. I paid £184 for a human hair lace front wig, what I got was a cheep synthetic wig I would buy from a joke shop. After several emails requesting a full refund I was offered £10,£20 and then £80 tops as they would be out of pocket. So glad I had PayPal on my side and they kept fobbing me off. They gave me returning address which I requested it to be signed for and guess what it's lost in China somewhere not Scotland. They gave me and PayPal a fake returning address. Luckily I had all the proof in emails and me sending item back. Spoke to pay pal yesterday 08/01/18 and they said I will get a full refund. Today I got the full lot back Thank God.

Please please avoid viv wigs! I have tried several times to leave a bad review on the site viv wigs and it never appears on it. Their site need to be shut down asap

Avoid!!! The pictures are fake and the wigs are not human hair . They won’t let you return and will only offer a £10 refund . They are actually in China not the uk

I tried for 3 weekes to get details of how to send the wig back.they tried everything to get me to keep it.No way

I returned it to China at a cost of £12.90 the wig was not worth that .I paid over £50 for it and it was so.so.so bad. After 7 weeks about 30 emails and a complete nightmare i got a refund. Minis post return post and discounts was out of pocket over £25
