Superdrug Vitamin E SPF15 Day Cream

Since last year I had suffered from dry, flaky skin and tried every cream, lotion and potion but none truly helped solve it. Then I happened to be in my local Superdrug store and came across their Vitamin E skincare range. I have read alot a benefits of Vitamin E for the skin and decided to give it a go ... and I'm glad I did!! This cream has made a great improvement to my dry skin. It usually retails at just £2.99 for 100ml jar, but at the time I purchased it for £1.99. What can I say an absolute bargain in a jar that works!! It doesn't give you on the packaging the fancy banter of claiming youthful, firmer looking skin, it just simply states that it hydrates, nourishes and protects the skin from UVA and UVB rays from the sun (yes, it has SPF 15 too). A multivitamin complex formula of vitamins A, B, F and H and horse chestnut extract helping care for dry skin.

The cream itself is of a thick, white consistency. I find a little goes a long way. On first use I used a little too much and made my black skin look a little paler, but that soon disappeared after rubbing it in a bit further. My skin feels and looks smoother, less visible pores and my dry patches .... what dry patches?!! Totally gone. And I have only been using this cream for a few months and I still have loads left. Fantastic value for money! I like this product so much so that I recently purchased from their online site the Vitamin E skin oil which I'll use as a night moisturiser. And I've also read really good reviews on nearly all their Vitamin E product range.

I would describe my skin as normal rather than dry now, suffering from very little spot outbreaks. Also on the lid of this cream it does state it offers 12 hour moisturisation, suitable for normal to dry skin types. I can confirm that it keeps my skin nourished and smooth for the whole day without having to reapply. It has greatly resolved my dryness and I can still continue using it now my skin is normal. And I will continue to use and purchase this cream, it's the best I've found and used in a long time!!
