Sleep Aid

I purchased Sleep Aid and 10mg Melatonin to help me achieve a good nights sleep. For many months I have suffered from disturbed sleep, difficulty getting to sleep and waking up very tired after "cat napping" most of the night.

Having tried many natural remedies I read about Melatonin and checked on the Biovia website for information.

I ordered Sleep Aid and Melatonin 10mg slow release as it was recommended to try them together - wonderful I have been taking them for the last 5 nights and slept through waking rested and alert - no "hangover" feeling.

I would definitely recommend these for a restful night.
