Very professional service . Staff very polite and attentive. I was very pleased and impressed with the service I was given . The repair was competitively priced and completed within the given time. This company was recommended to myself by a colleague.

Never used a third party service before but a friend recommended these and I am glad I did. Apple quoted a ridiculous figure to repair my 5S but Ace Fast came in at less than half, I didn't need to drive to Norwich and they did it while I waited.

Very decent team here. Dropped my phone in the loo and they fixed it. I wsa going to lie and say that it was a sink since no one likes think that they are handling something that had been floating about in the bog but told the truth. They still fixed it and apparently this is aout 50% of the repairs that they do!

Apple store in town wouldn't do it, Apple told me to go to Norwich and pay over £200, these guys charged me less than half of that.

I thought I had lost everything. My files were all messed and up and I was being asked for £300. SO glad I didn't pay it. Acefast decrypted them and got my computer running like it was new. They put virus software on it too.

Been turned by everyone because my iPad air 2 needed soldering....SOLDERING. Well, most places turned it down but these guys didn't and I ended up with the fantastic repair, some sweets (I took liberties with the sweets bowlt hey leave out) and a go to place for my gamilies phones, laptops and computers.

Had it sent back from Phoneangels as a write off. Everyone else said the same but Acefast said they can. Skeptical as I was I thought nothing to loose. Well, they only went and did it! 5S working, EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Note : these gus are the only ones who actually advertise that they can do it. Whether others can, I am not sure. I didn't fnd any.

Used them on a number of occasions and they have now taken over the IT at a company that I am director of. Happy to recommend them to any and everyone.

Staff very rude, arrogant and self righteous.

Talk down to customers as if they are a nuisance.

Lack of parking at Ipswich store.

Seem more interested in showing used cars (that they also seem to sell) to dodgy looking characters.

Will NOT be using again.
