I have bought from Barkman Computers in Kingston-upon-Thames for a decade now, and every time he has been amazing. From giving us a few games for free that my son was looking at - even though we hadn't bought anything - to giving advice, to building PCs to spec, he has an absolutely PERFECT record. If I phone him about an issue, he is ahead of me with the question as well as the answer! :) When my brother-in-law, a games fanatic and MCSE trained who repairs PCs for friends, wanted a new PC for gaming, and was a bit bothered by prices and resources, I recommended him as friendly, wise and helpful. My brother-in-law went to him and was beyond happy with the advice and price, and has since gone back to him again for another PC and for advice on a repair. He agrees with me that he knows what he is talking about, deals straight and is very genuine and friendly. Right now even though I moved to Bournemouth I'm about to form a spec to order a new PC from Barkman, and in googling to get Barkman's web-site suddenly thought of ReviewCentre and decided to write this review, because I feel that he deserves to do well. Maybe he can open up a branch here. :)

I think I can sum him up by saying that he is very direct and quick, and with him you know what you are going to get will be the RIGHT thing for your purposes, and worth the spend. His pricing is decent and competitive, certainly as good as or better than the decent going rate, while I feel the supportive knowledge you get behind it is worth gold.

Shop's gotten untidier by degrees over the years, but to me that just says he is a guy working hard to deliver what people want.
