Screen repair to my laptop in December 18. Given quote and timescale of 2days. It was fixed in one day with phone call straight away advising of opening hours. Service was friendly helpful and very efficient. I also received follow up message in two weeks asking if all ok since repair. I wish all companies were as helpful informative and efficient as these guys.

Problem with Acer PC cutting out with overheating. Had considered purchasing new PC but problem solved and with rigorous testing checking all OK.

Would thoroughly recommend. Job well done and at a reasonable cost.

I took my laptop in with a broken screen took over a month to get it back because they didn't ring us to tell us it was done so we rang them. When we went to pick it up they lost it in the shop and took over an hour to find it.once I got home the screen wasn't in properly and the main button didn't work so we took it back a second time they said it would take 2-3 days took a week then I rang them again and they said it was the best I was going to get so I payed £150 for a faulty laptop. would not recommend to anybody.

We had a virus on multiple laptops at our office so we called out an engineer to have a look and fix the problem. The engineer who came was a disgrace, at one point he actually dosed of in front of our office staff and started snoring ( need i say anymore )

Anyway after 3 hours and taking away a laptop to look at further they were unable to offer any solution but still had a bill for £120. Avoid like the plague!!!!

the Norwich stores are terrible i bought a £600 - £700 for £800 it came with broken wires. the computer broke after a couple of days after purchase they are by far the worst company i have seen i cost me £50 to get it fixed it then worked for another 4 days then broke again this should be happening if they are supposedly a good company. to be perfectly honest this is the worst company i know now days ,y pc just keeps crashing when i download games or anything to do with downloading or uploading

i think they should really tell you that the warranty you get doesn't work in their store all the parts i bought were under warranty but when i got to get them repaired they tell me i have to pay them £50 outrageous

i would advise everyone i know and don't know to don't bother buying from them

Had a bad day woke up and stood on my Laptop smashing the screen. Called in to Anglian Internet got a quote to replace the screen expecting to have to wait a few days while they ordered the screen. But hey no they said would you like if fitted today as they had stock. Walked up to the local coffee shop came back about 40 minutes later all done and ready to collect. Fantastic service

Had bought a so called gaming PC from another Company and found it wouldn't play most of the games I threw at it. Dissapointed I took it along to a highly recommended local Computer store in Norwich. Young Matt an avid Gamer had alook over the sales counter and told me I had an inadequate Graphics card to play top end games. He recommended an Asus GTX560Ti and a CoolerMaster PSU to run the more powerful card. All day same day as they have by far and away the best stock of Computer componenets in Norfolk. Well satisfied customer and very very happy. Now playing the latest releases NP. Many thanks again to the guys at Anglian Internet.

On the 25th February I took a top end liquid cooled gaming machine into this company for diagnostics and repair as it was suffering from some BSOD problems but nothing major.

I was told that they found no issues except for x2 sticks of incompatible memory and received a receipt on payment stating this and the machine was released in perfect working order on the 2nd March.

On getting the machine home 30 minutes later I found that contrary to this it would not even power up, it appears completely broken so in actual fact not only did they charge me for work they couldn't have done, but also did more damage to the machine than when it had been loaned to them. The level of damage is now currently being assessed for free by a lovely sympathetic independent engineer.

I had used Anglian Internet a number of times over the last 10 years and have personally found them to be disinterested in what a customer has to say, moving through to arrogance and spin, but this also includes serious hardware issues such as buying a PC that arrived with the CPU fan cable detached nearly causing it to be fried (this could not have happened in transit as its a tight connection) down to small lack of care things such as getting different screws back to the ones that were provided (it may sound minor but when you use screws with grips you don't want back normal Phillips screws instead.)

I don't like to complain and am willing to tolerate minor things and give people second chances despite the numerous issues however this last event is so serious that I am currently seeking legal advice about this machine they have ruined.

I'm familiar with a number of other Norwich/ Norfolk individuals who have had similar experiences with them.

I strongly advise people not to use this company unless they are willing to run the risk of getting a machine back in worse condition and/or different parts than they supplied them with.

Purchased a bespoke built gaming system staff very knowledgable and first class service. Good advice given on purchasing my first gaming PC. All products in stock and able tO see what you are getting inside your PC.

If you have problems with anything bought from this outlet, the after sales service is very poor indeed. The PC I had bought is freezing and giving me problems. I took it back. They do not phone you as promised and they promised 3 times, I had to chase every single step of the way. I got a different story each time I called. I was told that they had changed the hard drive, then they tried to charge me £49 to re-install windows. Got the computer home and it was still freezing as before. I have given up, and am going to get somebody else to look at the computer which is still under warranty. Definately would not recommend them, or ever go there again. In my opinion it seems once they have got your money thats it, you're then on your own. My advice don't shop here.
